PL 24912 2 Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest wizerunek zwierzatka: Kot. Postac Kota moze byc przedstawiana w postaci maskotki lub figurki. Postac Kota posiada tulów o owalnym ksztalcie, plynnie polaczony z glowa, bez wyraznie zazna- czonej szyi. Z przodu glowy ma wyrazne zarysowane duze oczy, które sa umiejscowione w górnej czesci postaci. W centralnej czesci oczu znajduja sie male zrenice. Oczy bez obwódki. Pod linia oczu oraz na srodku czubka glowy postac posiada charakterystyczne trzy paski. Po bokach glowy postaci znajduja sie spiczaste uszy rozlozone symetrycznie wzdluz osi postaci. Miedzy oczami znajduje sie pyszczek z wyraznie zaznaczonym nosem o owalnym ksztalcie, polaczony nizej z ustami. Na dole postaci Kota znajduja sie niewielkie nózki, rozlozone symetrycznie wzdluz osi postaci. Ponizej oczu, po obu stro- nach Kota znajduja sie lapki, rozlozone symetrycznie wzdluz osi postaci. Tyl postaci jest gladki. Cen- tralnie posrodku, na dole tulowia znajduje sie przytwierdzony trwale ogon w ksztalcie podluznego ogonka. Kot jest w kolorze melanz rudego, jasno czerwonego. Oczy sa koloru bialego z brazowymi zreni- cami. Nos i usta sa koloru brazowego. Ogon, lapki i nogi sa w kolorze cieplego brazu, jasnego ugier/ochra. Postac przedstawiona w formie maskotki wykonana jest z gesto tkanej tkaniny, przypominajacej gruby wzór wykonany na drutach. Pojedyncze elementy takie jak oczy i charakterystyczne paski na glowie sa wykonane w technice haftu. Lapki i nózki wykonane sa z tkaniny o mniejszym splocie. Wypel- nienie Kota stanowi miekki material. The Cat character can be presented as a mascot or figurine. The Cat character has an oval-shaped torso, smoothly connected to the head, without a clearly defined neck. At the front of the head, it has clearly defined large eyes, which are located in the upper part of the character. In the central part of the eyes are small pupils. The eyes are without eye rims. Below the eye line and at the center of the top of the head, the character has characteristic three stripes. On the sides of the character's head are pointed ears placed symmetrically along the character's axis. Between the eyes is a muzzle with a clearly defined oval nose, connected lower to the mouth. At the bottom of the Cat character are small legs placed symmetrically along the axis of the character. Below the eyes, on either side of the Cat, are paws, placed symmetrically along the figure's axis. The figure's back is smooth. A permanently attached tail, shaped like an elongated tail, is located centrally at the bottom of the body. The Cat is a melange of ginger and light red. The eyes are white with brown pupils. The nose and mouth are brown. The tail, paws, and legs are warm brown and light ochre/ocher. The figure, presented as a mascot, is made of densely woven fabric, resembling a thick knitted pattern. Individual elements, such as the eyes and characteristic stripes on the head, are embroidered. The paws and legs are made of a fabric with a smaller weave. The Cat is stuffed with soft material.
