Postac rysunkowa wedlug wzoru stanowi wizje artystyczna wygladu beboka – nadprzyrodzonej istoty z polskiego folkloru, glównie ze Slaska i Malopolski, o charakterze trolla, która mieszka kolo domu i moze straszyc dzieci które nie chca spac. Wzór przemyslowy obejmuje dwie odmiany postaci rysun- kowej: odmiane meska i odmiane zenska. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowy wizerunek postaci, pozy jakie przyjmuje oraz dolaczone rekwizyty. Postac rysunkowa wedlug wzoru posiada czarny korpus w ksztalcie zblizonym do gruszki, oraz podluzna glowe z dwoma symetrycznymi, wystajacymi ku górze rogami, okragla kufa i duzymi oczami z duzymi, czarnymi zrenicami, patykowate rece i krótkie patykowate nogi, wsparte na kulistych stopach. Nieodlacznym atrybutem odmiany zenskiej postaci rysunkowej wedlug wzoru jest prosta sukienka, sie- gajaca od szyi do stóp. Postac rysunkowa wedlug wzoru przedstawiona jest na zalaczonym rysunku, którego Fig. 1 ukazuje zestawienie obu odmian wzoru: odmiany meskiej (a) i odmiany zenskiej (b); Fig. 2 pokazuje odmiane meska postaci rysunkowej w widoku z tylu, ubrana w szalik zawiazany na szyi; Fig. 3 przedstawia odmiane meska postaci rysunkowej w widoku z boku, z rekami zalozonymi z tylu i z wydatnym brzuszkiem; Fig. 4 ukazuje odmiane meska postaci rysunkowej w widoku boku, w trakcie marszu, wymachu- jacej rekami; Fig. 5 przedstawia odmiane meska postaci rysunkowej w widoku z przodu, z twarza zwrócona w prawa strone, trzymajaca w prawej rece kubek; Fig. 6 przedstawia odmiane meska postaci rysunkowej w widoku z przodu, z uniesionym palcem wskazujacym lewej dloni i prawa reka wsparta o prawy bok oraz lewa noga wsparta o pilke; Fig. 7 przedstawia odmiane zenska postaci rysunkowej w widoku z boku, z prawa reka wsparta na biodrze; Fig. 8 przedstawia odmiane zenska postaci rysunkowej w widoku z tylu, z uniesiona prawa reka; Fig. 9 przedstawia odmiane zenska postaci rysunkowej w widoku perspektywicznym z przodu, w rozkroku i wzniesionymi ku górze rekami. The drawing character according to the design is an artistic vision of the appearance of a bebok - a supernatural creature from Polish folklore, mainly from Silesia and Lesser Poland, with the character of a troll, who lives near the house and can scare children who do not want to sleep. The industrial design includes two varieties of the drawing character: a male variety and a female variety. The essence of the industrial design is a new image of the character, the poses it assumes and the attached props. The drawing figure according to the pattern has a black body in the shape of a pear, and an elongated head with two symmetrical, upward protruding horns, a round muzzle and large eyes with large, black pupils, stick-like hands and short stick-like legs, supported on spherical feet. An inherent attribute of the female variety of the drawing figure according to the pattern is a simple dress, reaching from the neck to the feet. The drawing figure according to the pattern is presented in the attached drawing, of which Fig. 1 shows a comparison of both varieties of the pattern: the male variety (a) and the female variety (b); Fig. 2 shows the male variety of the drawing figure from the back, wearing a scarf tied around the neck; Fig. 3 shows the male variety of the drawing figure from the side, with the hands folded behind the back and with a prominent belly; Fig. 4 shows the male variant of the cartoon character in a side view, walking, waving his arms; Fig. 5 shows the male variant of the cartoon character in a front view, with his face turned to the right, holding a mug in his right hand; Fig. 6 shows the male variant of the cartoon character in a front view, with the raised index finger of the left hand and the right hand supported on the right side and the left leg supported on a ball; Fig. 7 shows the female variant of the cartoon character in a side view, with the right hand supported on the hip; Fig. 8 shows the female variant of the cartoon character in a back view, with the right hand raised; Fig. 9 shows the female variant of the cartoon character in a perspective view from the front, with his legs apart and his arms raised upwards.
