PL 24915 2 Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest wizerunek zwierzatka: Mis. Postac Misia moze byc przedstawiana w postaci maskotki lub figurki. Postac Misia posiada tulów o owalnym ksztalcie, plynnie polaczony z glowa, bez wyraznie za- znaczonej szyi. Z przodu glowy ma male oczy ze zrenicami, które sa umiejscowione w górnej czesci postaci. Po bokach glowy postaci znajduja sie spiczaste uszy, rozlozone symetrycznie wzdluz osi po- staci. Miedzy oczami znajduje sie wyraznie zaznaczony pyszczek, a w nim nos o owalnym ksztalcie, polaczony nizej z ustami. Pyszczek ma delikatna obwódke. Na dole postaci Misia znajduja sie niewielkie nózki, rozlozone symetrycznie wzdluz osi postaci. Pod linia oczu do wysokosci ust, po obu stronach Misia znajduja sie lapki, rozlozone symetrycznie wydluz osi postaci. Tyl postaci jest gladki. Centralnie posrodku, na dole tulowia znajduje sie przytwierdzony trwale ogon w ksztalcie kulki. Mis jest w kolorze cieplego brazu. Oczy sa biale z wyraznie zaznaczonymi czarnymi zrenicami. Nos i usta sa koloru cieplego brazu. Obwódka pyszczka i jego wypelnienie jest w kolorze pomaran- czowo-brzoskwiniowym. Ogon, lapki i nogi maja kolor ciemnego brazu. Postac przedstawiona w formie maskotki wykonana jest z gesto tkanej tkaniny, przypominajacej gruby wzór wykonany na drutach. Pojedyncze elementy takie jak oczy, nos i usta sa wykonane w tech- nice haftu. Lapki, nózki oraz ogon wykonane sa z tkaniny o mniejszym splocie. Wypelnienie Misia sta- nowi miekki material. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniono na fotografiach, na których na fig. 1 pokazano postac Misia w widoku z przodu, na fig. 2 postac w widoku z tylu, zas na fig. 3 w widoku z boku. The Teddy Bear character can be presented as a mascot or figurine. The Teddy Bear character has an oval-shaped torso, smoothly connected to the head, without a clearly defined neck. At the front of the head, it has small eyes with pupils, which are located at the top of the figure. On the sides of the head are pointed ears, placed symmetrically along the figure's axis. Between the eyes is a clearly defined muzzle, containing an oval-shaped nose, connected lower to the mouth. The muzzle has a delicate rim. At the bottom of the Teddy Bear character are small legs, placed symmetrically along the figure's axis. Below the eye line to the height of the mouth, on both sides of the Teddy Bear are paws, placed symmetrically along the figure's axis. The figure's back is smooth. A ball-shaped tail is permanently attached in the center, at the bottom of the torso. The bear is a warm brown. The eyes are white with clearly defined black pupils. The nose and mouth are a warm brown. The muzzle rim and its filling are orange-peach. The tail, paws, and legs are dark brown. The figure presented as a mascot is made of densely woven fabric, resembling a thick knitted pattern. Individual elements such as the eyes, nose, and mouth are embroidered. The paws, legs, and tail are made of a fabric with a smaller weave. The bear's filling is a soft material. The subject of the industrial design is shown in photographs, in which Figure 1 shows the bear from the front, Figure 2 from the back, and Figure 3 from the side.
