Nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac maskotki wedlug wzoru przemyslowego wyraza sie w jej ksztalcie, cechach konturów oraz w kolorystyce. Maskotka moze miec wiele odmian. W odmianach wzoru przemyslowego maskotka posiada rózne stroje (np. roboczy, do cwiczen, wyjsciowy), rózny wyraz twarzy (odzwierciedlenie emocji/wieku), dodatkowe owlosienie (jak np. wasy). The new and individually characterful form of the mascot, according to the industrial design, is expressed in its shape, contour features, and colors. The mascot can have many variations. In variations of the industrial design, the mascot has different outfits (e.g., work outfit, exercise outfit, formal outfit), different facial expressions (reflecting emotions/age), and additional hair (such as a mustache). The plush mascot imitates the shape of a proboscis monkey (a species of monkey). The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustrative material, in which: ? ESSENTIAL FEATURES OF THE INDUSTRIAL DESIGN: The mascot depicts a proboscis monkey (a species of monkey) in various outfits (clothing). The mascot's shape is similar to that of a monkey (a proboscis monkey). It has brown fur. A distinctive, large, protruding nose. In addition to brown fur, the head is also surrounded by cream/light fur. The long, curled tail has brown fur. The paws and feet are also furry (gray or white), with a protruding thumb. The eyes are small, black, and close together.
