Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa oryginalna postac misia siedzacego gdzie glowa, uszy, tulów, nogi uformowane sa z pianki i na które nalozone sa kwiaty rózy wykonane z tworzywa piankowego o róznej fakturze barwy, gdzie cala postac formy misia cechuje sie nowym oryginalnym ukladem i konturem linii oraz ksztaltem. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego ukazano na zalaczonych zdjeciach wizualizacjach gdzie: Fig. 1 do Fig. 8 przedstawia postac misia rózanego w rzucie izometrycznym w widoku od czola o fakturze barw: szarej, bialej, niebieskiej, zielonej, rózowej, fioletowej, czerwonej, zlotej. The essence of the industrial design is a new, original form of a sitting teddy bear, where the head, ears, torso, and legs are molded from foam and topped with foam roses in various textures and colors, where the entire teddy bear form is characterized by a new, original layout, line contour, and shape. The industrial design is shown in the attached photographs and visualizations, where: Fig. 1 to Fig. 8 shows the rose teddy bear in an isometric view from the front with textured colors: gray, white, blue, green, pink, purple, red, and gold. Figures 1a to 8b show a rose teddy bear in an isometric side view with textured colors: gray, white, blue, green, pink, purple, red, and gold. The rose teddy bear is intended for a wide audience with varying rose color textures, as shown in Figures 1 to 8 and 1a to 8a. The originality of the teddy bear lies in its characteristic shape: a sitting teddy bear with two paws stretched out in front of it, a distinctive head with a muzzle and ears, and a woven body made of foam-like roses. The teddy bear wears a ribbon bow of varying textures and colors tied around its neck, or an image of a rose heart woven under the teddy bear's neck. The originality of the rose teddy bear mascot also lies in the characteristic proportions of the figure's shape. Significant features of the industrial design include: ■ a teddy bear figure made of foam and its surface woven with foam roses, including: ■ a characteristic and original shape of the sitting teddy bear with two paws stretched forward; ■ a characteristic head with a muzzle and ears; ■ a teddy bear figure with a surface woven with roses of various textures and colors, as shown in Fig. 1 to Fig. 8 and Fig. 1a to 8a; ■ a ribbon and/or a bow tied around its neck; ■ a heart woven from roses in its front paws; ■ a characteristic proportion of the rose teddy bear figure.
