Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest opakowanie z bielizna. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego, w trzech odmianach, uwidoczniono na zalaczonych fotografiach, na których fig. 1.1 przedstawia pierwsza odmiane opakowania z bielizna w widoku z góry, fig. 1.2 - pierwsza odmiane opakowania z bielizna w widoku z dolu, przy czym odmiany wzoru druga i trzecia wygladaja tak samo w tym widoku, fig. 1.3 - pierwsza odmiane opakowania z bielizna w widoku perspektywicznym z góry, fig. 1.4 - pierwsza odmiane opakowania z bielizna w widoku perspektywicznym z dolu, przy czym odmiany wzoru druga i trzecia wygladaja tak samo w tym widoku, fig. 2.1 - druga odmiane opakowania z bielizna w widoku z góry, fig. 3.1 - trzecia odmiane opakowania z bielizna w widoku z góry. Opakowanie z bielizna wedlug wzoru przemyslowego ma postac podluznego pakietu, w którym ulozonych jest siedem sztuk zlozonej bielizny. Opakowanie z bielizna z jednej strony ma powierzchnie podzielona na dwa wzdluzne segmenty. Jeden segment stanowi przezroczyste okno, przez które jest widocznych siedem sztuk zlozonej bielizny. Kazda sztuka bielizny jest w innym kolorze i na wierzchu jest ozdobiona emblematem przedstawiajacym stylizowana twarz majaca inna mine, a z jednej strony ma doszyta tasme, na której jest napis oznaczajacy dzien tygodnia. Drugi segment jest nieprzezroczysty i na nim znajduje sie napis stylizowanymi malymi litrami „hot date", zas pod nim napis mniejszymi duzymi literami „ A WEEKFUL OF MOODY PANTIES". Po prawej stronie tego napisu jest wizerunek owalnego fragmentu twarzy przedstawiajacego oczy, brwi i czesc nosa, a pod nim napis: "DOMINANT", a po drugiej stronie tego napisu sa nadrukowane rózne oznaczenia handlowe.Z drugiej strony, opakowanie z bielizna ma cala powierzchnie nieprzezroczysta która jest podzielona waskim paskiem na górna czesc i dolna czesc. W górnej czesci z lewej strony na powierzchni opakowania z bielizna jest emblemat przedstawiajacy stylizowana twarz z otwarta buzia i przymknietym jednym okiem, a obok jest narysowana chmurka z napisem: „ A WEEKFUL OF MOODY PANTIES", natomiast wzdluz górnej krawedzi znajduje sie napis „hot date", pod nim napis „by DOMINANT", a jeszcze nizej stylizowany napis umieszczony w dwóch liniach: „7 PIECES" i „1 PACK". Wzdluz prawej bocznej krawedzi jest uwidoczniony zarys stojacej postaci kobiety ubranej w bielizne. W dolnej czesci, w rzedzie wzdluz dolnej krawedzi, jest narysowanych siedem sztuk bielizny w róznych kolorach, a na pasku oddzielajacym górna czesc od dolnej czesci powierzchni znajduja sie napisy okreslajace dni tygodnia, z których kazdy jest usytuowany nad jedna sztuka bielizny. W pierwszej odmianie wzoru, bielizna przedstawiona na opakowaniu w rzedzie wzdluz dolnej krawedzi ma forme majtek o kroju fig, w drugiej odmianie wzoru ma forme majtek o kroju bokserek, a w trzeciej odmianie wzoru ma forme majtek o kroju stringów. Istotnymi cechami opakowania z bielizna jest to, ze opakowanie z bielizna z jednej strony ma powierzchnie podzielona na dwa wzdluzne segmenty, z których jeden stanowi przezroczyste okno, przez które jest widocznych siedem sztuk zlozonej bielizny, a kazda sztuka bielizny jest w innym kolorze i na wierzchu jest ozdobiona emblematem i z jednej strony ma doszyta tasme, na której jest napis oznaczajacy dzien tygodnia, a drugi segment powierzchni jest nieprzezroczysty i na nim znajduje sie napis stylizowanymi malymi litrami „hot date" i pod nim napis mniejszymi duzymi literami „ A WEEKFUL OF MOODY PANTIES", zas po prawej stronie tego napisu jest wizerunek owalnego fragmentu twarzy przedstawiajacego oczy, brwi i czesc nosa i pod nim napis: "DOMINANT", a po drugiej stronie tegonapisu sa nadrukowane rózne oznaczenia handlowe, natomiast z drugiej strony opakowanie z bielizna ma cala powierzchnie nieprzezroczysta która podzielona jest waskim paskiem na górna czesc i dolna czesc, przy czym w górnej czesci z lewej strony na powierzchni opakowania z bielizna jest emblemat przedstawiajacy stylizowana twarz z otwarta buzia i przymknietym jednym okiem, a obok jest narysowana chmurka z napisem: „ A WEEKFUL OF MOODY PANTIES", natomiast wzdluz górnej krawedzi znajduje sie napis „hot date", pod nim napis „by DOMINANT", a jeszcze nizej stylizowany napis duzymi literami umieszczony w dwóch liniach: „7 PIECES" i „1 PACK", zas wzdluz prawej bocznej krawedzi jest uwidoczniony zarys stojacej postaci kobiety ubranej w bielizne, a w dolnej czesci, w rzedzie wzdluz dolnej krawedzi, jest narysowanych siedem sztuk bielizny w róznych kolorach, a na pasku oddzielajacym górna czesc od dolnej czesci powierzchni znajduja sie napisy okreslajace kolejne dni tygodnia, z których kazdy jest usytuowany nad jedna sztuka bielizny, jak uwidoczniono na zalaczonych ilustracjach, fig. 1.1 -1.4; 2.1; 3.1. Ponadto, istotnymi cechami wzoru w pierwszej jego odmianie jest to, ze przedstawiona na opakowaniu bielizna ma forme majtek o kroju fig, jak uwidoczniono na zalaczonych fotografiach, fig. 1.1,1.3 Istotnymi cechami wzoru w drugiej jego odmianie jest to, ze przedstawiona na opakowaniu bielizna ma forme majtek o kroju bokserek, jak uwidoczniono na zalaczonych ilustracjach, fig. 2.1. The subject of the industrial design, in three variations, is shown in the attached photographs, in which Fig. 1.1 shows the first variation of the underwear packaging from above; Fig. 1.2 shows the first variation of the underwear packaging from below, with the second and third variations of the design appearing the same in this view; Fig. 1.3 shows the first variation of the underwear packaging from above in perspective; Fig. 1.4 shows the first variation of the underwear packaging from below in perspective; with the second and third variations of the design appearing the same in this view; Fig. 2.1 shows the second variation of the underwear packaging from above; Fig. 3.1 shows the third variation of the underwear packaging from above. The underwear packaging according to the industrial design takes the form of an elongated packet in which seven pieces of folded underwear are arranged. The underwear packaging has a surface divided into two longitudinal segments on one side. One segment is a transparent window, through which seven folded underwear items are visible. Each item is a different color and is adorned with an emblem depicting a stylized face with a different expression. One side has a sewn-on ribbon with the day of the week written on it. The other segment is opaque and features the words "hot date" in stylized lowercase letters, while below it, the words "A WEEKFUL OF MOODY PANTIES" in smaller, uppercase letters. To the right of this lettering is an image of an oval fragment of a face representing the eyes, eyebrows, and part of the nose, with the words "DOMINANT" printed below it. On the other side of this lettering, various trademarks are printed. On the other side, the underwear packaging is completely opaque, divided by a narrow strip into upper and lower sections. In the upper left part of the underwear packaging, there is an emblem depicting a stylized face with an open mouth and one closed eye. Next to it is a drawn speech bubble with the inscription: "A WEEKFUL OF MOODY PANTIES." Along the upper edge is the inscription "hot date," below it the inscription "by DOMINANT," and even lower still, a stylized inscription in two lines: "7 PIECES" and "1 PACK." Along the right side edge, there is the outline of a standing woman dressed in underwear. In the lower part, in a row along the bottom edge, there are seven pieces of underwear in different colors, and on the strip separating the upper part from the lower part of the surface are inscriptions identifying the days of the week, each of which is positioned above one piece of underwear. In the first design variant, the underwear shown on the packaging in a row along the bottom edge is in the form of brief-cut panties, in the second design variant it is in the form of boxer-cut panties, and in the third design variant it is in the form of thong-cut panties. The essential features of the underwear packaging are that the underwear packaging has a surface divided into two longitudinal segments on one side, one of which is a transparent window through which seven pieces of folded underwear are visible, and each piece of underwear is in a different color and is decorated with an emblem on the top, and on one side it has a ribbon sewn on with an inscription indicating the day of the week, and the other surface segment is opaque and on it there is an inscription in stylized lowercase letters "hot date" and under it the inscription in smaller uppercase letters "A WEEKFUL OF MOODY PANTIES", while on the right side of this inscription there is an image of an oval fragment of a face representing the eyes, eyebrows and part of the nose and under it the inscription: "DOMINANT", and on the other side of this inscription there are various commercial markings printed, while on the other side the underwear packaging has an entire opaque surface which is divided by a narrow strip into the upper and lower part, with the upper part on the left side of the underwear packaging there is an emblem depicting a stylized face with an open mouth and one closed eye, and next to it there is a drawn cloud with the inscription: "A WEEKFUL OF MOODY PANTIES", while along the upper edge there is the inscription "hot date", below it the inscription "by DOMINANT", and even lower still a stylized inscription in capital letters placed in two lines: "7 PIECES" and "1 PACK", while along the right side edge there is an outline of a standing figure of a woman dressed in underwear, and in the lower part, in a row along the bottom edge, there are seven pieces of underwear in different colors, and on the strip separating the upper part from the lower part of the surface there are inscriptions designating the subsequent days of the week, each of which is located above one piece of underwear, as shown in the attached illustrations, fig. 1.1 -1.4; 2.1; 3.1. Furthermore, the essential features of the design in its first variation are that the underwear presented on the packaging has the form of briefs, as shown in the attached photographs, fig. 1.1, 1.3. The essential features of the design in its second variation are that the underwear presented on the packaging has the form of boxer shorts, as shown in the attached illustrations, fig. 2.1.
