Nowa i oryginalna postac wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w motywie ozdobnym z przodu koszulki. The new and original form of the industrial design is reflected in the decorative motif on the front of the T-shirt.

Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony w materiale ilustracyjnym na zalaczonej fotografii przedstawiajacej na fig.l, przód z powiekszonym motywem ozdobnym koszulki, a na fig.2 koszulke w widoku z tylu. The object of the industrial design is shown in the illustrative material in the attached photograph showing in Fig. 1, the front with an enlarged decorative motif of a T-shirt, and in Fig. 2, a T-shirt in the rear view.

Koszulka wedlug wzoru przemyslowego pokazana na fig.l i fig.2 materialu ilustracyjnego wykonana jest w jednym odcieniu tkaniny z wzorem w paski umieszczone poziomo. Koszulka wyposazona jest w gorset z okraglym wycieciem, w który wszyty jest sciagacz szyjny, oraz wyposazona jest w rekawy, tworzac tak zwana koszulke t-shirt, badz wykonana jest jako bezrekawnik, albo z dlugim rekawem. Z przodu koszulki, w czesci piersiowej umieszczony jest motyw ozdobny o innym odcieniu, w formie nadruku, utworzony z lezacego tygrysa w widoku z przodu i otwarta paszcza oraz wyciagnieta prawa lapa, na dlugosci której umieszczony jest napis o zróznicowanej wysokosci liter NGHT TIGER. Na prawym boku czesci piersiowej koszulki umieszczony jest napis IMMORTAL TIGER oraz po srodku umieszczony jest drugi napis o wiekszej wysokosci liter IMMORTAL TIGER, wraz z umieszczonym na dole jego lustrzanym odbiciem. The shirt according to the industrial design shown in Fig. 1 and Fig. 2 of the illustrative material is made in a single shade of fabric with a striped pattern arranged horizontally. The shirt is equipped with a corset with a round cut, in which a neck rib is sewn, and it is equipped with sleeves, creating a so-called t-shirt, or it is made as a sleeveless shirt or with a long sleeve. On the front of the T-shirt, in the chest part, there is a decorative pattern of a different shade, in the form of a print, made of a lying tiger in the front view, an open mouth and an outstretched right paw, on the length of which there is an inscription with different heights of the letters NGHT TIGER. On the right side of the chest part of the T-shirt there is an inscription IMMORTAL TIGER and in the middle there is a second inscription with a greater height of the letters IMMORTAL TIGER, together with its mirror image at the bottom.

Wszystkie elementy ozdobne posiadaja obrys kontrastujacy wzgledem podloza, zas calosc elementu graficznego jest umieszczona na podlozu ciemnym cieniowanym o strukturze perforowanej. All decorative elements have a contour contrasting with the ground, and the entire graphic element is placed on a dark shaded base with a perforated structure.

Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego przejawiaja sie w tym, ze z przodu koszulki, w czesci piersiowej umieszczony jest motyw ozdobny o innymodcieniu, w formie nadruku, utworzony z lezacego tygrysa w widoku z przodu i otwarta paszcza oraz wyciagnieta prawa lapa, na dlugosci której umieszczony jest napis o zróznicowanej wysokosci liter NGHT TIGER. Na prawym boku czesci piersiowej koszulki umieszczony jest napis IMMORTAL TIGER oraz po srodku umieszczony jest drugi napis o wiekszej wysokosci liter IMMORTAL TIGER, wraz z umieszczonym na dole jego lustrzanym odbiciem. Wszystkie elementy ozdobne posiadaja obrys kontrastujacy wzgledem podloza, zas calosc elementu graficznego jest umieszczona na podlozu ciemnym cieniowanym o strukturze perforowanej, jak pokazano na fig.l i fig.2 materialu ilustracyjnego. Wszystkie motywy graficzne na tkaninie koszulki ze wzorem w paski, przy dobranej odpowiednio uzupelniajacej sie kolorystyce tych motywów, nadaja koszulce oryginalny wyglad jako koszulki sportowej, turystycznej.FIG.1FIG.2All graphic motifs on the fabric of the t-shirt with a striped pattern, with the appropriately complementing colors of these motifs, give the t-shirt an original appearance as a sports or tourist t-shirt.
