Koszulka z nadrukiem Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest koszulka z nadrukiem , w szczególnosci koszulka sportowa i turystyczna z dlugim lub z krótkim rekawem. Nowa i oryginalna postac wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w motywie ozdobnym i ukladzie napisów z przodu koszulki. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony w materiale ilustracyjnym na zalaczonej fotografii przedstawiajacej na fig. 1.1 koszulke z dlugim rekawem w widoku z przodu, na fig. 1.2 pierwsza odmiane, koszulke z krótkim rekawem w widoku z przodu, Koszulka wedlug wzoru przemyslowego pokazana na fig. 1.1 i fig. 1.2 ilustracji, jest zszyta po bokach, w jednym odcieniu tkaniny, wyposazona w gorset z owalnym wycieciem pod glowe , w którym wszyty jest sciagacz szyjny, oraz pokazane na fig. 1.1 i fig. 1.2 wszyte rekawy, jak pokazano na ilustracji. Z przodu koszulki, w obszarze sciagacza szyjnego umieszczony jest nadruk usytuowany pionowo w postaci stylizowanego ornamentu, przedstawiajacego pak umieszczony wewnatrz gruszkowatego obszaru z mniejszymi pakami w odmiennym kolorze od podloza, o zanikajacej grubosci zarysu ornamentu, ponizej którego jest umieszczony o podswietlanych literach, napis stylizowana czcionka „DARKNESS FROM WITHIN LEGEND", natomiast po prawej stronie rekawa, równolegle do pionowej osi ornamentu, umieszczony jest skokowo napis duza czcionka o literach podswietlanych „ BLACK LEGEND" spod którego obszaru wychodza fragmenty napisu „DARKNESS FROM WITHIN LEGEND", usytuowanego poziomo u góry oraz fragmenty napisu „DARKNESS FROM WITHIN LEGEND" usytuowane pionowo. Na ornament naklada sie piec stylizowanych drutów kolczastych biegnacych równolegle od lewego ramienia do napisu ,B LACKLEGEND", ponadto na druty kolczaste naklada sie w lewym boku z boku ornamentu glowa tygrysa z otwarta paszcza. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego oraz pierwszej odmiany wzoru, umieszczona jest nadruk usytuowany pionowo w postaci stylizowanego ornamentu, przedstawiajacy pak umieszczony wewnatrz gruszkowatego obszaru z mniejszymi pakami w odmiennym kolorze od podloza, o zanikajacej grubosci zarysu ornamentu, ponizej którego jest umieszczony o podswietlanych literach, napis stylizowana czcionka „DARKNESS FROM WITHIN LEGEND", natomiast po prawej stronie rekawa, równolegle do pionowej osi ornamentu, umieszczony jest skokowo napis duza czcionka o literach podswietlanych „ BLACK LEGEND" spod którego obszaru wychodza fragmenty napisu „DARKNESS FROM WITHIN LEGEND", usytuowanego poziomo u góry oraz fragmenty napisu „DARKNESS FROM WITHIN LEGEND" usytuowane pionowo. The industrial design is for a printed T-shirt, particularly a sports or hiking T-shirt with long or short sleeves. The new and original form of the industrial design is evident in the decorative motif and the arrangement of inscriptions on the front of the T-shirt. The industrial design is illustrated in the attached photograph, which shows a long-sleeved T-shirt in Fig. 1.1 from the front, and a short-sleeved T-shirt in Fig. 1.2 from the front. The industrial design T-shirt shown in Fig. 1.1 and Fig. 1.2 is sewn at the sides, in a single shade of fabric, equipped with a bodice with an oval neckline, into which a neckband is sewn, and has set-in sleeves shown in Fig. 1.1 and Fig. 1.2, as shown in the illustration. On the front of the T-shirt, in the neckline area, there is a vertical print in the form of a stylized ornament, depicting a flower bud placed inside a pear-shaped area with smaller buds in a different color from the background, with the outline of the ornament fading in thickness, below which there is an inscription in a stylized font "DARKNESS FROM WITHIN LEGEND" in illuminated letters, while on the right side of the sleeve, parallel to the vertical axis of the ornament, there is a jumpy inscription in a large font in illuminated letters "BLACK LEGEND", from under which fragments of the inscription "DARKNESS FROM WITHIN LEGEND" emerge, placed horizontally at the top, and fragments of the inscription "DARKNESS FROM WITHIN LEGEND" placed vertically. The ornament is superimposed with five stylized barbed wires running parallel from the left shoulder to the inscription "B LACKLEGEND". Furthermore, the barbed wires are superimposed on the left side of the ornament with a tiger's head with an open mouth. The essential features of the industrial design and the first variant of the design include a vertically placed print in the form of a stylized ornament, depicting a bundle placed inside a pear-shaped area with smaller bundles in a different color from the base, with a fading outline of the ornament, below which there is an inscription in a stylized font "DARKNESS FROM WITHIN LEGEND" in illuminated letters, while on the right side of the sleeve, parallel to the vertical axis of the ornament, there is a jumpy inscription in a large font with illuminated letters "BLACK LEGEND", from under which fragments of the inscription "DARKNESS FROM WITHIN LEGEND" emerge, placed horizontally at the top, and fragments of the inscription "DARKNESS FROM WITHIN LEGEND" placed vertically.
