Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest koszulka z imitacja aplikacji, w szczególnosci koszulka sportowa i turystyczna z dlugim lub z krótkim rekawem, lub tzw. bezrekawnik Nowa i oryginalna postac wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w motywie ozdobnym i ukladzie linii z przodu koszulki. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony w materiale ilustracyjnym na zalaczonej fotografii przedstawiajacejna fig. 1 koszulke z krótkim rekawem w widoku z przodu, na fig.2 pierwsza odmiane, koszulke z dlugim rekawem w widoku z przodu, a na fig. 3 druga odmiane, koszulke tzw. bezrekawnik w widoku z przodu. Koszulka wedlug wzoru przemyslowego pokazana na fig. 1, fig.2 i fig.3 ilustracji, jest zszyta po bokach, w jednym odcieniu tkaniny, wyposazona w gorset z owalnym wycieciem pod glowe , w którym wszyty jest sciagacz szyjny, oraz pokazane na fig.1 i fig.2 wszyte rekawy, badz wykonana jest jako bezrekawnik, jak pokazano na fig.3 ilustracji. Z przodu koszulki, w obszarze sciagacza szyjnego umieszczona jest imitacja aplikacji usytuowanych pionowo skosnie czterech waskich pasków w odmiennym kolorze od podloza, na których dlugosci wystepuja uchylki. Paski biegnace skosnie, siegaja do wszytej aplikacji w postaci cienkiego paska o odmiennym kolorze wzgledem podloza, biegnacego lukowo pod pachwina na szerokosci koszulki . Koszulka wyposazona jest równiez w motyw ozdobny o innym odcieniu, w formie aplikacji z naszytego gestego sciegu w postaci waskiego paska o stalej szerokosci biegnacego z pod pachwiny do przedniej czesci rekawa dla koszulki z fig.1 i fig.2 ilustracji a dla fig.3 do wyciecia pod rekaw i lukowo z wysunietym nieregularnie grzbietem w kierunku imitacji aplikacji w postaci czterech pasków. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego oraz pierwszej odmiany wzoru i drugiej odmiany wzoru, przejawiaja sie w tym, ze z przodu koszulki, w Koszulka z imitacja aplikacjiobszarze sciagacza szyjnego umieszczona jest imitacja aplikacji usytuowanych pionowo skosnie czterech waskich pasków w odmiennym kolorze od podloza, na których dlugosci wystepuja uchylki. Paski biegnace skosnie, siegaja do wszytej aplikacji w postaci cienkiego paska o odmiennym kolorze wzgledem podloza, biegnacego lukowo pod pachwina na szerokosci koszulki . Koszulka wyposazona jest równiez w motyw ozdobny o innym odcieniu, w formie aplikacji z naszytego gestego sciegu w postaci waskiego paska o stalej szerokosci biegnacego z pod pachwiny w kierunku przedniej czesci rekawa i lukowo z wysunietym nieregularnie grzbietem w kierunku imitacji aplikacji w postaci czterech pasków, jak pokazano na fig. 1, fig.2 i fig.3 ilustracji. Wszystkie opisane motywy zdobnicze powtarzajace sie cyklicznie na tkaninie koszulki, przy dobranej odpowiednio uzupelniajacej sie kolorystyce tych motywów, nadaja koszulce oryginalny wyglad jako koszulki sportowej i turystycznej. - 2 -- 3 - FIG.1FIG.2 - 4 -FIG.3FIG.3 FIG.2 - 6 - FIG.1 PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a T-shirt with imitation appliqués, particularly a sports and travel T-shirt with long or short sleeves, or a so-called sleeveless shirt. The new and original form of the industrial design is manifested in the decorative motif and line arrangement on the front of the T-shirt. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the illustrative material in the attached photograph, which shows Fig. 1, a front view of a short-sleeved T-shirt; Fig. 2, the first variant, a front view of a long-sleeved T-shirt; and Fig. 3, the second variant, a so-called sleeveless T-shirt, in a front view. The industrial-style T-shirt shown in Figures 1, 2, and 3 is sewn together at the sides, in a single-color fabric, and features a bodice with an oval neckline, a neckband, and the sewn-in sleeves shown in Figures 1 and 2. It can also be made as a sleeveless top, as shown in Figure 3. On the front of the T-shirt, in the neckband area, there is an imitation appliqué of four narrow vertical stripes in a different color from the base, with slits along their length. The diagonal stripes extend to a sewn-in appliqué in the form of a thin strip in a different color from the base, running in an arc under the groin across the width of the T-shirt. The shirt also features a decorative motif in a different shade, in the form of a dense stitched appliqué in the form of a narrow strip of constant width running from under the groin to the front of the sleeve (in the case of the shirts in Fig. 1 and Fig. 2 illustrations), and in the case of Fig. 3, to the sleeve opening, and in an arc with an irregularly extended ridge toward the imitation four-stripe appliqué. The essential features of the industrial design, the first and second variants of the design, are manifest in the fact that on the front of the shirt, in the neckband area, there is an imitation of the appliqué, vertically arranged diagonally, consisting of four narrow stripes in a different color from the base, with slits along their length. The diagonal stripes extend to a sewn-in appliqué in the form of a thin strip of a different color from the base, running in an arc under the groin across the width of the shirt. The shirt also features a decorative motif in a different shade, in the form of a dense stitched appliqué in the form of a narrow stripe of constant width running from under the groin towards the front of the sleeve and in an arc with an irregularly protruding ridge towards the imitation of the four-stripe appliqué, as shown in Fig. 1, Fig. 2, and Fig. 3 of the illustrations.
