Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest etykieta przeznaczona do nakladania na opakowywania do produktów zywnosciowych. W odniesieniu do zblizonych produktów tego rodzaju, etykieta opakowania wedlug wzoru wyróznia sie nowa postacia przejawiajaca sie w nowej szacie graficznej. Wzór przemyslowy jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym przedstawiajacym etykiete opakowania, na której fig. 1- pierwsza odmiane wykonania etykiety opakowania w widoku z przodu, fig. 2 - druga odmiane wykonania etykiety opakowania w widoku z przodu. Etykieta opakowania, wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, charakteiyzuje sie tym, ze na cieniowanym tle umieszczone sa tysunki okraglych ciasteczek, pomiedzy którymi przy krawedziach, umieszczone sa klosy zboza. Pod centralnym ciasteczkiem na etykiecie znajduje sie jasniejszy owalny cien. W górnej czesci etykiety na dwukolorowych elementach imitujacych szarfy umieszczone sa stylizowane biale napisy „WIATRACZKI HOLENDERSKIE", zas ponizej w owalnej ramce rysunek wiatraka. Górna szarfa jest w kolorze ciemno-niebieskim a dolna w kolorze ciemno-czerwonym. Szarfy posiadaja biale obwódki. Compared to similar products of this type, the packaging label based on the design stands out for its new form, manifested in a new graphic design. The industrial design is shown in the attached illustration of the packaging label, in which Fig. 1 shows the first version of the packaging label in a front view, and Fig. 2 shows the second version of the packaging label in a front view. The packaging label based on the industrial design is characterized by the presence of thousands of round cookies on a shaded background, with ears of grain between them at the edges. A lighter oval shadow appears under the central cookie on the label. At the top of the label, two-color elements imitating ribbons feature stylized white inscriptions reading "DUTCH WINDMILLS," while below, in an oval frame, there's an image of a windmill. The upper ribbon is dark blue and the lower ribbon is dark red. The ribbons have white borders. The oval frame is dark red, and the background and the image of the windmill are white, gray, and blue. In the first version, the background of the label is dark red and chocolate. The upper surface of the round cookies features rows of small, almost square, recesses covered with chocolate-colored icing, while the lower part of the cookies is honey-light brown. The lighter oval shadow is beige-brown. In the second version, the background of the label is shades of yellow, honey, and light brown. The upper surface of the round cookies, honey and light brown in color, has rows of embossing along the circumference, with the inscription "LU" placed centrally. The lighter oval shadow is white. The essential features of this industrial design are that the shaded background features images of round cookies, with ears of grain placed between them at the edges. Below the central cookie on the label is a lighter oval shadow. In the upper part of the packaging label, two-color elements imitating ribbons feature stylized inscriptions reading "DUTCH WINDMILLS," while below, in an oval frame, there is an image of a windmill. The ribbons have white borders and white inscriptions. The upper ribbon is dark blue, and the lower ribbon is dark red. The oval frame is dark red, and the background and windmill design are white, gray, and blue, as shown in the attached drawings, Fig. 1 and 2. In the first version, the label background is dark red and chocolate. The upper surface of the round cookies features rows of small, almost square-shaped depressions coated in chocolate-colored icing, while the lower part of the cookies is honey-colored and light brown.
