The subject of the industrial design is confectionery packaging, intended for packaging cookies in particular, characterized by a new and unique design, manifested in its graphics and colors. The confectionery packaging, as represented by the industrial design, is shown in the illustrative material, which depicts an unfolded packaging for a confectionery product, consisting of a filled cookie decorated with dark dots. The essential features of the packaging for confectionery products according to the industrial design are that the packaging is made in light brown, burgundy and white tones, in which: - on its main surface in light brown, burgundy and meringue and white, there are images of confectionery products in meringue, in the form of oval cookies decorated with dark dots, one of which is halved, revealing the dark filling, next to which are placed images of green and red apples, brown chocolate pieces, seeds, vanilla and nuts, and green leaves, these elements being placed on the edge of a transparent oval and white background, connected by fancy white irregular spots with the light brown and burgundy background, and between the cookies, on a background similar in shape to an irregular meringue rectangle, there are the inscriptions "Jagi Bagi" and "with fruit filling", written in blue letters, between which there is a horizontal blue line divided by a blue dot, and in addition there is the inscription "HOME RECIPE", written in white letters, this inscription is additionally placed on a red ribbon, and there are also inscriptions written in white letters "TAGO" and "Tadeusz Golebiewski", on a background in the shape of an irregular yellow rectangle, whereby the inscription "TAGO" is outlined with a blue line, while the inscription "Tadeusz Golebiewski" is on a blue stripe, and both background surfaces for the said inscriptions have rounded edges and are outlined with blue lines, and in each of them, the upper edge is additionally rounded, while in the upper part, above these graphic elements, there is a multi-coloured ribbon with the blue inscriptions "Jagi Bagi" and "with fruit filling", placed on it, between which there is a horizontal blue line divided by a blue dot, and these inscriptions are placed on a background of the same shape and colour and with the same elements and inscriptions as the inscriptions "Jagi Bagi" and "with fruit filling" located on the main surface of the packaging, and in addition, on both sides of the multi-coloured ribbon, on a light brown and burgundy background, there are images of oval cookies decorated with dark dots, and next to one of them there are images of green and red apples, brown chocolate pieces, nuts, seeds and vanilla, and green leaves, while behind these elements there are, on one side of the ribbon, information inscriptions about the product, placed on a rectangular background, and on the other side of the ribbon, images of multi-coloured product packaging together with images of the products contained in these packaging; - on the remaining surface of the packaging, on a white background, there are images of multi-colored product packaging, with these graphic elements separated by blue inscriptions "We recommend" and "perfectly baked goods", between which there is a blue line separated by a blue dot, placed on a background of the same shape and color and with included elements and inscriptions such as the inscriptions "Jagi Bagi" and "with fruit filling", while behind these elements of the packaging there are information inscriptions about the product and the manufacturer, placed on a rectangular background.
