The subject of the industrial design is confectionery packaging, intended for packaging cookies in particular, characterized by a new and unique design, manifested in its graphics and colors. The confectionery packaging, as represented by the industrial design, is shown in the illustrative material, which depicts an unfolded packaging for a confectionery product, consisting of a filled cookie decorated with dark dots. The essential features of the packaging for confectionery products according to the industrial design are that the packaging is made in orange, white and yellow tones, in which: - on its main surface in white, yellow and meringue and orange, there are images of meringue confectionery products in the form of oval cookies decorated with dark dots, one of which is in the form of a halved cookie revealing a dark filling, next to which there are images of a yellow sunflower, meringue nuts, brown seeds and green leaves, these elements being placed on a white background, connected by fancy white irregular spots with the orange background, and between the cookies, on a background similar in shape to an irregular meringue rectangle, there is the inscription "Jagi Bagi", written in blue letters, under which there is a horizontal blue line, and also the inscription "HOME RECIPE", made in white letters, with this inscription additionally placed on a red ribbon, and there are also inscriptions in white letters "TAGO" and "Tadeusz Golebiewski", on a background in the shape of an irregular yellow rectangle, with the inscription "TAGO" surrounded by a blue line and the inscription "Tadeusz Golebiewski" on a blue stripe, with both background surfaces for the said inscriptions having rounded edges and being surrounded by blue lines, and in each of them, the upper edge is additionally rounded, while in the upper part, above these graphic elements, there is a multi-coloured ribbon with the blue inscription "Jagi Bagi" placed on it, below which there is a horizontal blue line, and these inscriptions are placed on a background of the same shape and colour and with included elements and inscriptions as the inscription "Jagi Bagi" located on the main surface of the packaging, and in addition, on both sides of the multi-coloured ribbon, on an orange background, there are images of oval cookies decorated with dark dots, and next to one of them there are images of a yellow sunflower, meringue nuts, brown seeds and green leaves, while behind these elements there are, on one side of the ribbon, informational inscriptions about the product, placed on a rectangular background, and on the other side of the ribbon, images of multi-coloured product packaging together with images of the products in these packaging; - on the remaining surface of the packaging, on a white background, there are images of multi-colored product packaging, with these graphic elements separated by a blue inscription "We recommend excellent baked goods", in which the inscription "We recommend" is underlined with a blue line and is placed on a background of the same shape and color as the inscription "Jagi Bagi", while behind these elements of the packaging there are also information inscriptions about the product and the manufacturer, placed on a rectangular background.
