Istote i oryginalnosc wzoru przemyslowego stanowi ksztalt, uklad graficzny oraz kolorystyka opa- kowania. The essence and originality of the industrial design lies in the shape, graphic layout, and colors of the packaging. The subject of the industrial design submitted for registration is presented in a collective illustration, along with all the variants attached to the description, i.e.: Fig. 1 – shows an unfolded rectangular view of the packaging for a confectionery product with sesame seeds; Fig. 2 – shows an unfolded rectangular view of the packaging for a confectionery product with sesame seeds and chocolate. The packaging according to the design, preferably made of solid cardboard, constitutes a tray in a shape close to a cuboid for direct packaging of confectionery products. The longer side walls of the packaging are rectangular with straight edges. The shorter sides of the packaging are rectangular, with one upper edge convex and the other straight. The packaging is orange and yellow, featuring graphic elements that contribute to the overall graphic design. Each of the longer sides features a central image of a cookie with oat flakes and sesame seeds or oat flakes and chocolate chips scattered irregularly around it. The longer sides, overlaid with the cookie image, feature the logo with the words "Primart MAREK LUKASIEWICZ," in white letters in a fanciful, characteristic shape for the word "Primart," where the letter "P" is capitalized and the remaining letters in the word are lowercase. The words "MAREK LUKASIEWICZ" are written in large, simple letters, both inscriptions are made on a navy blue background outlined with a white line and roughly rectangular in shape, with rounded corners and one convex side. Below the logo is the inscription "Owsiane" written in a white, fanciful font with a navy blue shadow on the left side of the letters and a gold one on the right side of the letters, in which the letter "O" is capitalized and the remaining letters are lowercase. Below the inscription "Owsiane" is a white inscription written in block letters "Z SEZAMEM" or "Z MLECZNA CZEKOLADA" on a navy blue or brown horizontal stripe in the form of a worn-out pattern, below it is a white decorative line. On the sides of the longer side walls there is an image of oat panicles together with an image of oat flakes. The shorter sides of the packaging feature a cookie image with oat flakes and sesame seeds or oat flakes and chocolate chips irregularly distributed around the cookie. The cookie image features a navy blue or brown vertical stripe, in the form of a tear, in the central part of the packaging wall. This stripe reads in white font: "Oat Cookies with Sesame Seeds" or "Oat Cookies with Milk Chocolate," where the words "Cookies," "With Sesame Seeds," and "With Milk Chocolate" are written in large, straight letters, while in the word "Oat," the letter "O" is capitalized and the remaining letters are lowercase; Under the inscriptions "Z SESAMEM" and "Z MLECZNA CZEKOLADA" there is a separating white decorative line, and under it the gold inscription "CRISPY OATMEAL COOKIES WITH SESAME SEEDS" or CRISPY OATMEAL COOKIES WITH MILK CHOCOLATE" written in large, simple letters. The required information about the product and the manufacturer is placed on the underside of the packaging. The essential features of the packaging according to the industrial design are: – shape: close to a cuboid, the longer side walls of which are rectangles with straight edges, and the shorter walls are rectangles with one upper edge convex and the other straight, – color: orange-yellow, – graphic layout: on each of the longer side walls in the central place There is an image of a cookie, with the manufacturer's logo on it, and below it is the name of the confectionery product in Polish on a colored stripe in the form of a abrasion; on the sides of the longer side walls is an image of oats with an image of oat flakes. On the shorter sides of the packaging is an image of a cookie, with a vertical colored stripe in the form of a abrasion; in the central part of the packaging wall, on the abrasion is the name in Polish and English; the packaging for products with sesame seeds has colored abrasions in navy blue, while the packaging for products with milk chocolate has colored abrasions in brown.
