Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest opakowanie oraz jego wykrój dla folii aluminiowej do zywnosci, która ma na calej powierzchni tloczenia w charakterystyczne wzory. Wzór charakteryzuje sie nowa i indywidualna postacia, nadana mu przez ksztalt i uklad linii. Przedmiot wzoru jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia opakowanie folii aluminiowej z tloczeniem wedlug pierwszej odmiany, a fig. 2 - opakowanie folii aluminiowej z tloczeniem wedlug drugiej odmiany. Fig. 3 przedstawia opakowanie w formie jego wykroju (siatka rozlozonego opakowania). Opakowanie wedlug pierwszej odmiany z produktem umieszczonym w srodku ma ksztalt prostopadlosciennego pudelka. W lewej czesci frontu i topu opakowania widac przezroczysty panel - okienko, który powoduje, ze folia aluminiowa z tloczeniem znajdujaca sie wewnatrz opakowania jest w tym okienku widoczna. Folia ta na calej powierzchni ma charakterystyczne tloczenia w drobne gwiazdki, które sa identyczne i stykaja sie ze soba. Po prawej stronie frontu i topu opakowania znajduje sie logo firmowe STELLA, pod logo na obu ww. scianach znajduje sie element slowno-graficzny PREMIUM HOME LINE - bialy napis na zielonym tle. W centralnej czesci sciany frontowej po prawej stronie panelu znajduje sie napis FOLIA w kolorze czarnym, pod nim umieszczony jest mniejszy napis ALUMINIOWA, a pod tym napisem znajduje sie jeszcze mniejszy napis w kolorze szarym Z TLOCZENIEM. Opakowanie wedlug drugiej odmiany z produktem umieszczonym w srodku ma ksztalt prostopadlosciennego pudelka. W lewej czesci frontu i topu opakowania widac przezroczysty panel - okienko, który powoduje, ze folia aluminiowa z tloczeniem znajdujaca sie wewnatrz opakowania jest w tym okienku widoczna. Folia ta na calej powierzchni ma charakterystyczne tloczenia w rozrzucone nieregularnie po calej jej powierzchni duze gwiazdy i drobne gwiazdy oraz logotypy firmowe. Po prawej stronie frontu i topu opakowania znajduje sie logo firmowe STELLA, pod logo na obu ww. scianach znajduje sie element slowno-graficzny PREMIUM HOME LINE - bialy napis na zielonym tle. W centralnej czesci sciany frontowej po prawej stronie panelu znajduje sie napis FOLIA w kolorze czarnym, pod nim umieszczony jest mniejszy napis ALUMINIOWA, a pod tym napisem znajduje sie jeszcze mniejszy napis w kolorze szarym Z TLOCZENIEM. Wykrój opakowania przedstawiony na fig. 3 stanowi siatke rozlozonego opakowania z rozmieszczonymi na niej elementami slownymi i graficznymi. Wykrój pozwala wyodrebnic piec równoleglych powierzchni, przy czym skrajna górna i skrajna dolna z tych powierzchni posiada umieszczone symetrycznie linie i obszary zaznaczone paskowanymi liniami w miejscach, gdzie opakowanie jest otwierane. Dolna z tych powierzchni nie posiada zadnych napisów ani ilustracji, natomiast górna zawiera logo firmowe STELLA, pod nim umieszczone jest oznaczenie slowno-graficzne PREMIUM HOME LINE - bialy napis na zielonym tle, w centralnej czesci znajduje sie wykonany duzymi literami napis FOLIA w kolorze czarnym, pod nim umieszczony jest mniejszy napis ALUMINIOWA, a pod tym napisem znajduje sie jeszcze mniejszy napis w kolorze szarym Z TLOCZENIEM oraz kolorowa ilustracja pieczeni miesnej ozdobionej czerwonymi paprykami. Elementy znajdujace sie na ww. górnej powierzchni, z wyjatkiem ilustracji pieczeni, znajduja sie takze na powierzchni srodkowej wykroju, z tym, ze owa powierzchnia srodkowa i przylegajace do niej równolegle powierzchnie po lewej stronie posiadaja umieszczone równolegle w stosunku do dluzszych scian opakowania przezroczyste panele - okienka, w ksztalcie prostokata. Panele te powoduja, ze folia aluminiowa z tloczeniem znajdujaca sie wewnatrz opakowania jest w tych okienkach widoczna. Takie umieszczenie przezroczystych paneli umozliwia widocznosc znajdujacej sie w opakowaniu folii z tloczeniem z trzech rzutów: od góry i z obu boków. Powierzchnia znajdujaca sie nad srodkowa powierzchnia nad przezroczystym panelem posiada w górnej centralnej czesci trzy cienkie zlaczone ze soba kolorowe pasy przeznaczone do umieszczania na nich napisów informacyjnych. Po prawej stronie tej powierzchni znajduje sie logo firmowe STELLA. Powierzchnia znajdujaca sie pod powierzchnia srodkowa zawiera po lewej stronie logo STELLA. Trzy dolne równolegle powierzchnie posiadaja symetrycznie umieszczone z kazdej strony boczne elementy, które stanowia boczne zamkniecia opakowania. Srodkowe z nich zawieraja napisy FOLIA ALUMINIOWA Z TLOCZENIEM oraz pólkoliste naciecia, które pozwalaja na wygodne ogladanie towaru znajdujacego sie w opakowaniu lub wygodne umieszczanie go na stojaku sklepowym. Prawy z nich zawiera takze logo firmowe STELLA.PL 20690 3 Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego: Opakowanie w ksztalcie prostopadloscianu wykonanego z jednej czesci arkusza materialu z trzema przezroczystymi panelami - okienkami w ksztalcie prostokata, umieszczonymi w lewej czesci opakowania na jego trzech srodkowych scianach równolegle w stosunku do dluzszych scian opakowania. W górnej centralnej czesci powierzchni znajdujacej sie nad sciana frontowa umieszczone sa zlaczone ze soba waskie, podluzne kolorowe pasy, przeznaczone do umieszczania na nich napisów informacyjnych. The design is characterized by a new and individual form, given to it by the shape and arrangement of lines. The subject of the design is shown in the attached illustrative material, in which Fig. 1 shows packaging of aluminium foil with embossing according to the first variant, and Fig. 2 - packaging of aluminium foil with embossing according to the second variant. Fig. 3 shows the packaging in the form of its cut-out (grid of the unfolded packaging). Packaging according to the first variant with the product placed inside has the shape of a cuboid box. In the left part of the front and top of the packaging, there is a transparent panel - a window, which causes the aluminium foil with embossing located inside the packaging to be visible in this window. This foil has characteristic embossing in small stars on its entire surface, which are identical and touch each other. On the right side of the front and top of the packaging there is the STELLA company logo, under the logo on both of the above walls there is a word and graphic element PREMIUM HOME LINE - white lettering on a green background. In the central part of the front wall on the right side of the panel there is the inscription FOLIA in black, under it there is a smaller inscription ALUMINIUM, and under this inscription there is an even smaller inscription in grey WITH EMBOSSMENT. The packaging according to the second version with the product placed inside has the shape of a cuboid box. In the left part of the front and top of the packaging there is a transparent panel - a window, which makes the aluminum foil with embossing located inside the packaging visible in this window. This foil has characteristic embossing on its entire surface, with large and small stars and company logos scattered irregularly across its entire surface. On the right side of the front and top of the packaging is the STELLA company logo, under the logo on both of the aforementioned walls there is a word and graphic element PREMIUM HOME LINE - white lettering on a green background. In the central part of the front wall on the right side of the panel there is the inscription FOLIA in black, under it there is a smaller inscription ALUMINIUM, and under this inscription there is an even smaller inscription in grey WITH EMBOSSING. The packaging cut-out shown in Fig. 3 is a grid of the unfolded packaging with word and graphic elements arranged on it. The cut-out allows for the extraction of five parallel surfaces, with the extreme top and bottom of these surfaces having symmetrically placed lines and areas marked with striped lines in places where the packaging is opened. The lower of these surfaces has no inscriptions or illustrations, while the upper one contains the STELLA company logo, under it there is a word-graphic designation PREMIUM HOME LINE - a white inscription on a green background, in the central part there is an inscription FOLIA in black in capital letters, under it there is a smaller inscription ALUMINIOWA, and under this inscription there is an even smaller inscription in grey Z TSOCZENIEM and a colour illustration of a meat roast decorated with red peppers. The elements located on the above upper surface, with the exception of the illustration of the roast, are also located on the central surface of the cut, with the exception that this central surface and the parallel surfaces on the left side adjacent to it have transparent panels - windows, in the shape of a rectangle, placed parallel to the longer walls of the packaging. These panels cause the aluminium foil with embossing located inside the packaging to be visible in these windows. This placement of transparent panels allows the embossed foil in the package to be visible from three perspectives: from the top and from both sides. The surface located above the central surface above the transparent panel has three thin, connected coloured strips in the upper central part, designed to place information inscriptions on them. The STELLA company logo is located on the right side of this surface. The surface located under the central surface has the STELLA logo on the left side. The three lower parallel surfaces have symmetrically placed side elements on each side, which are the side closures of the package. The central ones contain the inscriptions ALUMINUM FOIL WITH EMBOSSMENT and semicircular cuts, which allow for convenient viewing of the goods in the package or convenient placement on a shop stand. Such placement of transparent windows allows the visibility of the foil in the packaging - with embossing in small stars, which are identical and touch each other or foil with embossing in large stars and small stars scattered irregularly over its entire surface and company logos - from three views: from the top and from both sides. On the right side of the front and top of the packaging there is a company logo, and under it a colorful word-graphic element. In the central part of the front wall on the right side of the transparent panel there is the company logo, and between the logo and the transparent window there is a large black inscription FOLIA, below it there is a slightly smaller black inscription ALUMINIOWA, and below it an even smaller gray inscription Z TSOCZENIEM. In the upper central part of the surface located above the front wall there are narrow, longitudinal colored strips connected together, intended for placing information inscriptions on them.
