The new and original form of the industrial design is evident in its word, graphic, and color arrangement. The industrial design is shown in the attached illustrative material, in a front view. The packaging label, according to the industrial design, consists of a navy blue field with a profile resembling an elongated rectangle, and narrow red rectangular bands adjacent to both of its longer sides. Above and below the red band, respectively, is a yellow rectangular field. Against the navy blue and red background of these elements, are juxtaposed identical images of male busts in authentic highlander costumes with axes, and adjacent to the right shoulders of these busts are identical dog heads, resembling the heads of white-and-gray shepherd dogs. In addition, the upper and lower yellow backgrounds of the label contain alternating words "Favorites" in bold capital blue letters and the words "MY" in bold capital red letters, with the words "MY" in the lower part of the label being opposite the words "FAVORITES" in the upper part. Essential features of an industrial design The packaging label, especially for butter-like products, shown in the illustration is characterized by the following: – it consists of a navy blue field with a profile resembling an elongated rectangle and narrow red rectangular bands adjacent to its both longer sides, whereby a yellow rectangular field is located above and below the red band, respectively, while on the navy blue and red background of these elements there are placed next to each other identical images of male busts in original highlander costumes with axes and, adjacent to the right shoulders of these busts, identical dog heads resembling the heads of shepherd dogs in white and grey, and in addition – on the upper and lower yellow background of the label there are alternating words "Favorites", written in large bold letters in blue, and the words "MOJE" written in large bold letters in red, whereby the words "MY" located in the lower part of the label are placed opposite the words "FAVORITE" located in its upper part.
