Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest obudowa elektronicznego terminala zblizeniowego stosowanego w systemach kontroli dostepu i rejestracji czasu pracy. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego, którego widok pokazany jest na Fig. 1, wykonany jest w formie dwubarwnego szaro-czarnego prostopadlosciennego pudelka z tworzywa sztucznego o zaokraglonych krawedziach. Granica kolorów dzieli pudelko na dwie jednakowe czesci, przednia i tylna (widoki: boczny – fig. 4, górny – fig. 5, dolny – fig. 6). Na przedniej, szarej scianie pudelka w jego centralnej czesci znajduje sie prostokatny, kolorowy wyswietlacz graficzny z panelem dotykowym, osloniety plyta czolowa wykonana z tworzywa sztucznego koloru niebieskiego. Plyta ma wygrawerowane napisy i znaki w kolorze bialym. W górnej czesci wygrawerowany jest znak graficzny wytwórcy, pod wyswietlaczem nazwa terminala oraz ponizej znak graficzny wskazujacy umiejscowienie czytnika kart zblizeniowych w pudelku. Wokól krawedzi bocznych i krawedzi okna wyswietlacza graficznego wygrawerowane sa prostokatne ramki, a pod napisem z nazwa terminala wygrawerowane sa trzy linie proste. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustrations: Fig. 1. - general view of the terminal Fig. 2. - graphic design of the front panel Fig. 3. - back view Fig. 4. - side view Fig. 5. - view from above Fig. 6. - view from below Essential Features of the Industrial Design The essence of the industrial design is the original external appearance of the terminal, in particular the graphic design of the front panel of the housing. The subject of the industrial design, the view of which is shown in Fig. 1, is made in the form of a two-color gray and black rectangular plastic box with rounded edges. The color border divides the box into two identical sections: front and back (views: side – Fig. 4, top – Fig. 5, bottom – Fig. 6). The central gray front wall of the box houses a rectangular, color graphic display with a touch panel, covered by a front panel made of blue plastic. The panel is engraved with white lettering and symbols. The manufacturer's logo is engraved at the top, the terminal name is below the display, and below that, a symbol indicating the location of the proximity card reader in the box. Rectangular frames are engraved around the side edges and the edge of the graphic display window, and three straight lines are engraved below the terminal name.
