Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest obudowa elektronicznego terminala biometrycznego stosowanego w systemach kontroli dostepu i rejestracji czasu pracy. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniony jest na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym: Fig. 1 – widok ogólny terminala Fig. 2 – widok od przodu Fig. 3 – widok scianki górnej Fig. 4 – widok od tylu Fig. 5 – widok z boku Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest oryginalny wyglad zewnetrzny terminala. Przedmiot wzoru uwidoczniony na fig. 1 stanowi prostopadloscienne pudelko o zaokraglonych krawedziach wykonane z termoplastycznego tworzywa sztucznego koloru ciemnoszarego ze specjalnie uksztaltowana sciana górna. Sciana ta nachylona jest do podstawy pod katem 45 stopni (fig. 5 - widok boczny). W górnej czesci pudelka na pochylonej scianie widocznej na fig. 3 umieszczony jest wyswietlacz alfanumeryczny koloru zielonego osloniety prostokatna naklejka maskujaca koloru bialego ze stylizowanym napisem IMMScan200. Po prawej stronie wyswietlacza znajduje sie 12-to przyciskowa klawiatura numeryczna koloru bialego oraz sensor biometryczny. Przednia sciana pudelka uwidoczniona na fig. 2 posiada w prawym dolnym rogu prostokatna wneke z naklejka przedstawiajaca znak graficzny wytwórcy. Tylna sciana pudelka koloru jasnoszarego, której widok przedstawia fig. 4 stanowi osobny element mocowany wkretami do dolnej sciany pudelka. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustrations: Fig. 1 – general view of the terminal Fig. 2 – front view Fig. 3 – view of the top wall Fig. 4 – back view Fig. 5 – side view Essential Features of the Industrial Design The essence of the industrial design is the unique external appearance of the terminal. The subject of the design shown in Fig. 1 is a cuboid box with rounded edges made of dark gray thermoplastic with a specially shaped top wall. This wall is inclined to the base at a 45-degree angle (Fig. 5 – side view). In the upper part of the box, on the sloping wall shown in Fig. 3, there is a green alphanumeric display covered by a rectangular white masking sticker with a stylized inscription "IMMScan200." To the right of the display is a 12-button white numeric keypad and a biometric sensor. The front wall of the box, shown in Fig. 2, has a rectangular recess in the lower right corner with a sticker depicting the manufacturer's logo. The back wall of the box, light gray, shown in Fig. 4, is a separate element fastened with screws to the bottom wall of the box.
