Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa, posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wykroju, z którego formowane jest opakowanie, przejawiajaca sie w jego ksztalcie i ukladzie linii. Opakowanie moze byc wykonane z tektury lub tworzywa sztucznego. Opakowanie moze dodatkowo stanowic nosnik reklamowy, którego powierzchnie moga byc wykonane w dowolnej kolorystyce i zawierac rózne elementy graficzny lub slowne, o charakterze informacyjnym lub reklamowym. Przedmiot wzoru jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonych ilustracjach, gdzie fig. 1 przedstawia wykrój opakowania, fig. 2 przedstawia widok perspektywiczny zlozonego opakowania z przodu, fig. 3 przedstawia widok perspektywiczny zlozonego opakowania z boku, fig. 4 przedstawia zlozone opakowania w widoku od strony dna, fig. 5 przedstawia zlozone opakowanie w widoku z góry. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Oryginalnymi cechami opakowania sa ksztalt i linie paneli dna 1, 2, 2c, 3, 4 i 4c oraz paneli separujacych 1a i 3a, które po zlozeniu opakowania stanowia dno oraz zakladki separujace opakowania. Panele 1 i 1a sa oddzielone od siebie biga, a na czesci ich powierzchni znajduje sie otwór 1b o charakterystycznym, nieregularnym ksztalcie. Równiez panele 3 i 3a, sa oddzielone od siebie biga i posiadaja charakterystyczny otwór 3b na czesci ich powierzchni. Panele 1a i 3a stanowia w stanie zlozonym zakladki separujace opakowania. Ponadto panele dna 2, 4 posiadaja charakterystyczne wyciecia 2b i 4b oraz wypusty 2a i 4a. The essence of an industrial design is a new, individual form of the blank from which the packaging is formed, manifested in its shape and line arrangement. The packaging may be made of cardboard or plastic. The packaging may additionally constitute an advertising medium, the surface of which may be made in any color and contain various graphic or verbal elements of an information or advertising nature. The subject of the design is shown in the attached illustrations, where Fig. 1 shows a cut-out of the package, Fig. 2 shows a perspective view of the folded package from the front, Fig. 3 shows a perspective view of the folded package from the side, Fig. 4 shows a bottom view of the folded packages, Fig. 5 shows a top view of the assembled package. Important features of the industrial design The original features of the packaging are the shape and lines of the bottom panels 1, 2, 2c, 3, 4 and 4c and the separating panels 1a and 3a, which after folding the packaging constitute the bottom, and the tabs separating the packaging. Panels 1 and 1a are separated by grooves, and on part of their surface there is a hole 1b with a characteristic, irregular shape. Panels 3 and 3a are also separated from each other by grooves and have a characteristic hole 3b on part of their surface. When folded, panels 1a and 3a constitute folds separating the packages.
