PL 23593 2 Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest opakowanie do zywnosci, znajdujace zastosowanie przede wszystkim do pakowania gotowych do spozycia salatek z dodatkami. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac opakowania nadana mu przez cechy ksztaltu i szate gra- ficzna nakladki etykietowej. Opakowanie stanowi przezroczyste pudelko z przegródkami, na które jest nasunieta nakladka etykietowa zaslaniajaca czesciowo góre, dól oraz dwie scianki boczne pudelka. Wewnatrz pudelka, w jego górnej czesci, pomiedzy nakladka etykietowa a krawedzia znajduje sie widelec. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Opakowanie wedlug wzoru wyróznia sie we wszystkich swoich odmianach ksztaltem pudelka zawierajacego przegródki i widelec oraz szata graficzna nakladki etykietowej. Glówna czesc nakladki etykietowej nasunieta na góre pudelka zawiera znak graficzny „Fit&Easy" z dopiskiem „polubisz za wartosc". Ponizej znajduja sie napisy z nazwami opakowanych salatek i informacjami na ich temat oraz z wizerunkami gotowych salatek. Nakladka etykietowa zaslania tylko srodkowa czesc przezro- czystego pudelka, przez co zywnosc umieszczona wewnatrz jest widoczna. Zywnosc znajdujaca sie wewnatrz pudelka nie wchodzi w sklad wzoru. Ponadto pierwsza odmiana wzoru uwidoczniona na fig. 1 wyróznia sie czarnym kolorem nakladki etykietowej, druga odmiana wzoru uwidoczniona na fig. 2 wyróznia sie czerwonym kolorem nakladki etykietowej, trzecia odmiana wzoru uwidoczniona na fig. 3 – kolorem ciemnoniebieskim i granatowym, czwarta odmiana wzoru uwidoczniona na fig. 4 – kolorem jasnoniebieskim, zas piata odmiana wzoru uwidoczniona na fig. 5 – kolorem brazowym. The essence of the design is the new form of the packaging, given to it by the shape and graphic design of the label overlay. The packaging consists of a transparent box with compartments, over which a label overlay is slid, partially covering the top, bottom, and two side walls of the box. Inside the box, in its upper part, between the label overlay and the edge, is a fork. Essential features of the industrial design The packaging according to the design is distinguished in all its variations by the shape of the box containing the compartments and the fork, as well as the graphic design of the label overlay. The main part of the label overlay, slid over the top of the box, features the "Fit&Easy" graphic with the inscription "you'll like it for the value." Below are inscriptions with the names of the packaged salads and information about them, as well as images of the finished salads. The label overlay covers only the central part of the transparent box, leaving the food inside visible. The food inside the box is not part of the design. Furthermore, the first design variant shown in Fig. 1 is distinguished by the black color of the label overlay, the second design variant shown in Fig. 2 is distinguished by the red color of the label overlay, the third design variant shown in Fig. 3 – by dark blue and navy blue, the fourth design variant shown in Fig. 4 – by light blue, and the fifth design variant shown in Fig. 5 – by brown.
