Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniony jest na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia pierwsza odmiane kartonowego opakowania w ksztalcie prostopadloscianu w bialo-zólta kratke, a fig. 2 przedstawia druga odmiane kartonowego opakowania w bialo-czerwona kratke. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the first variant of the cardboard packaging in the shape of a cuboid with a white and yellow checkered pattern, and Fig. 2 shows the second variant of the cardboard packaging with a white and red checkered pattern. The essential features of the industrial design of the milk packaging are as follows: 1. in the upper part of the packaging with a white and yellow checkered pattern in the first variant and a white and red checkered pattern in the second variant, there is a white and blue image of a dairy plant on a white field with the inscription MLECZARNIA placed below on a blue ribbon, 2. the inscription "MLECZARNIA" is made in large white font, 3. below the inscription MLECZARNIA there are informative inscriptions in the color of the checkered pattern and blue inscriptions: – the inscription "horeca" in a blue circle, – the inscription "Z POLSKIEJ MLECZARNI" placed around the perimeter of the blue circle, 4. on the narrower side surfaces of the packaging, below the image of the dairy plant with the inscription MLECZARNIA, between the general information inscriptions, there is a trademark protected by copyright No. 189926, consisting of a navy blue inscription "MLEKPOL" inscribed in an ellipse.
