The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawings, in which: ? Fig. 1 shows a cardboard packaging of flavoured milk in the form of a cuboid with an image of a cheerful little elephant; ? Fig. 2 shows the milk packaging from Fig. 1 in an unfolded state. The essential features of the industrial design of the carton packaging of flavoured milk are as follows: ? the packaging of flavoured milk in the shape of a cuboid with a single-pitched roof has, on two opposite side surfaces, against a vanilla-coloured background, an image of a smiling elephant, next to which there are inscriptions written in letters of different sizes: – the inscription spotty and the inscriptions UHT milk written in a vertical position, and the inscriptions "vanilla flavoured"; ? the smiling elephant is grey; ? above the image of the happy elephant there are the inscriptions "vanilla flavoured UHT milk", and above them a drawing of a vanilla flower; ? on the narrower side surfaces of the packaging there are general information inscriptions written in black font; on the side of the packaging, between general information inscriptions, there is a verbal and graphic trademark protected by law no.
