The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawings, in which: − Fig. 1 shows a cuboidal carton packaging for flavored milk, with the image of a donkey, − Fig. 2 shows the milk packaging from Fig. 1 in the donkey's state. The essential features of the industrial design for the cuboidal carton packaging for flavored milk are as follows: − the milk packaging has, on two opposite side surfaces, on a shaded red background, an image of a smiling donkey, next to which there are inscriptions written in different size letters: – the inscription "laciate" and the inscriptions "UHT milk" written vertically, and below the inscriptions "strawberry flavored", and above the donkey's head the inscriptions "strawberry favored UHT milk"; ? the smiling donkey is brown, and its belly is a lighter shade; ? above the donkey with a tuft of hair there is a drawing of a strawberry; ? on the sides of the packaging there are general information inscriptions in black; ? on the side of the packaging, between the general information inscriptions, there is a verbal and figurative trademark protected by law No. R. 189926, which is the inscription "MLEKPOL" in capital letters in an ellipse.
