Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest opakowanie swiezego mleka w postaci kartonowego pudelka z otworem wylewowym zabezpieczonym nakretka, stosowane do przechowywania i ekspozycji. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniony jest na zalaczonych rysunkach, na których fig. 1 przedstawia kartonowe opakowanie w ksztalcie prostopadloscianu, na którym widoczny jest dominujacy napis „swieze", fig. 2 przedstawia kartonowe opakowanie w ksztalcie prostopadloscianu w widoku od strony nakretki, a fig. 3 przedstawia kartonowe opakowanie w widoku z przodu. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego kartonowego opakowania swiezego mleka sa nastepujace: 1. kartonowe opakowanie swiezego mleka w ksztalcie prostopadloscianu z dwuspadowym daszkiem posiada zdobienia w postaci motywu slowno-graficznego stanowiacego napis „swieze" wykonany na bialym tle w czarne laty, który usytuowany jest pomiedzy napisami i oznaczeniami o charakterze informacyjnym, 2. litery stylizowanego napisu „swieze" wykonane sa mala czcionka w kolorze zóltym, 3. na dwóch przeciwleglych powierzchniach bocznych napisy „swieze" sa usytuowane w pozycji pionowej, przy czym obok tych napisów znajduje sie zielona zawieszka informujaca, ponizej której w niebieskim okregu wpisany jest wizerunek termometru ze wskazaniem temperatury pasteryzacji, 4. na jednej z bocznych powierzchni wzdluz dluzszej krawedzi, na pionowo usytuowanym pasku zwezajacym sie na obu jego koncach, znajduje sie napis „samo mleko", który wykonany jest malymi literami, 5. na jednej wezszej bocznej powierzchni opakowania powyzej napisów i oznaczen o charakterze informacyjnym, umieszczony jest znak towarowy chroniony prawem nr 189926, stanowiacy wpisany w elipse napis „MLEKPOL", a na drugiej przeciwleglej powierzchni ponizej napisu „swieze" znajduje sie zielona zawieszka informujaca oraz niebieski okrag z napisami i wizerunkiem termometru, 6. na dole opakowania znajduja sie elementy graficzne w postaci zielonej trawy, 7. na dwuspadowym daszku znajduje sie otwór wylewowy zabezpieczony zólta nakretka.PL 21231 3 Ilustracja wzoruPL 21231 4 Departament Wydawnictw UPRP PL PL PL PL PL PLDescription of the industrial design The subject of the industrial design is a packaging for fresh milk in the form of a cardboard box with a pouring opening secured with a cap, used for storage and display. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawings, in which Fig. 1 shows a cardboard packaging in the shape of a cuboid, on which the dominant inscription "swieze" is visible, Fig. 2 shows a cardboard packaging in the shape of a cuboid from the side of the cap, and Fig. 3 shows the cardboard packaging from the front view. The essential features of the industrial design of the cardboard packaging of fresh milk are as follows: 1. the cardboard packaging of fresh milk in the shape of a cuboid with a gable roof has decorations in the form of a word-graphic motif constituting the inscription "swieze" made on a white background with black spots, which is located between the inscriptions and markings of an informative nature, 2. the letters of the stylized inscription "swieze" are made in small yellow font, 3. on two opposite side surfaces the inscriptions "swieze" are located in a vertical position, where next to these inscriptions there is a green information tag, below which in a blue circle there is an image of a thermometer with an indication of the pasteurization temperature, 4. on one of the side surfaces along the longer edge, on a vertically positioned strip narrowing at both ends, there is an inscription "samo mleczne", made in small letters, 5. on one narrower side surface of the packaging above the inscriptions and information markings, there is a trademark protected by law no. 189926, consisting of the inscription "MLEKPOL" inscribed in an ellipse, and on the other opposite surface below the inscription "swieze" there is a green information tag and a blue circle with inscriptions and an image of a thermometer, 6. at the bottom of the packaging there are graphic elements in the form of green grass, 7. on the gable roof there is a pouring hole secured with a yellow cap.PL 21231 3 Illustration of the patternPL 21231 4 Department of Publishing of the Polish Patent Office PL PL PL PL PL PL
