PL 24006 2 Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest opakowanie foliowe na pudelko z jajkami, podnoszace walory estetyczne tradycyjnych pudelek na jajka wykonanych z kartonu lub tworzyw sztucznych. W znanych pudelkach na jajka stosuje sie nadruk na scianie górnej lub tez kolorowa naklejke. Jednakze pudelko nadal jest widoczne. Podczas transportu nadruki te czy naklejki moga ulec uszkodzeniu, a samo pudelko zabrudzeniu, z kolei brak dodatkowego zamkniecia takiego pudelka na jajka sprawia, iz moga one ulec otwarciu podczas transportu lub podczas pobytu na pólkach sklepowych, czy zamoczeniu gdy przechowywane w chlodziarce. Nowa i oryginalna postac wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w jego ksztalcie, ukladzie graficzno-kolorystycznym znacznie podnoszacym walory estetyczne pudelek z jajkami. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest przedstawiony na zalaczonych fotografiach, na których Fig. 1 przedstawia rozlozone opakowanie foliowe na pudelko z jajkami, a Fig. 2 przedstawia to samo opakowanie w stanie zlozonym na opakowaniu z jajkami w widoku perspektywicznym. Opakowanie foliowe na pudelko z jajkami pokazane na Fig. 1 stanowi czworoboczny arkusz foliowy w kolorze zóltym, w którego czesci srodkowej znajduje sie napis „JajQo" wykonany stylizowanymi literami w kolorze czarnym z bialymi przetarciami, z gruba biala obwódka i wypelnieniem wnetrza liter okraglych. Napis ten polaczony jest z rysunkiem przedstawiajacym bialko jajka z umieszczonym wewnatrz zóltkiem, z zachowaniem ksztaltu normalnego jajka. Ponizej liter „Qo" znajduje sie falista wstega w kolorze czerwonym z bialymi krótkimi odcinkami wzdluz dluzszych boków wstegi, zas na wstedze znajduje sie napis „MADE IN KURA" wykonany bialymi literami. Ponizej rysunku jajka z zóltkiem znajduje sie napis „10 SZT" w kolorze bialym. Powyzej opisanej grafiki srodkowej znajduje sie identyczna, lecz w poziomym odbiciu lustrzanym, a ponizej opisanej grafiki srodkowej znajduje sie identyczna grafika lecz bez napisu „10 SZT". Z prawej strony arkusza foliowego przy rysunkach jajek i literze „J" górnego napisu „JajQo" znajduja sie uproszczone rysunki sladów kurzych lapek tworzace linie falista. Podobnie, uproszczone rysunki sladów kurzych lapek biegna ukosnie obok srodkowego napisu „JajQo", rozpoczynajac lekko ponizej tego napisu, a konczac miedzy górnym i srodkowym napisem „JajQo". Na Fig. 2 przedstawiono opakowanie foliowe z Fig. 1 w stanie zlozonym na pudelku z jajkami, boki opakowania foliowego laczone sa w sposób standardowy dla opakowan foliowych. Opakowanie foliowe na pudelko z jajkami wedlug wzoru przemyslowego moze takze byc przeznaczone dla pudelek z inna iloscia jajek, przykladowo 6, 12, 20 lub 30 z odpowiednia modyfikacja wskazania ilosci sztuk jajek na tym opakowaniu. Conventional egg cartons typically feature a printed top or colored sticker. However, the carton remains visible. During transport, these prints or stickers can become damaged, and the carton itself can become dirty. Furthermore, the lack of an additional closure means that the eggs can open during transport or while on store shelves, or become wet while stored in a refrigerator. The new and original form of the industrial design is evident in its shape, graphic arrangement, and color scheme, which significantly enhance the aesthetic appeal of the egg cartons. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached photographs, in which Fig. 1 shows an unfolded foil packaging for an egg carton, and Fig. 2 shows the same packaging folded over an egg carton in a perspective view. The foil packaging for an egg carton shown in Fig. 1 is a quadrangular yellow foil sheet, in the central part of which there is the inscription "JajQo" written in stylized black letters with white abrasions, with a thick white border and filling inside the circular letters. This inscription is combined with a drawing of an egg white with a yolk placed inside, maintaining the shape of a normal egg. Below the letters "Qo" there is a red wavy ribbon with short white sections along the longer sides of the ribbon, and on the ribbon there is the inscription "MADE IN KURA" written in white letters. Below the image of an egg with yolk there is the inscription "10 SZT" in white. Above the described middle graphic there is an identical one, but in a horizontal mirror image, and below the described middle graphic there is an identical graphic but without the inscription "10 SZT". On the right side of the foil sheet, next to the images of eggs and the letter "J" of the upper inscription "JajQo", there are simplified drawings of chicken paw prints forming a wavy line. Similarly, simplified drawings of chicken feet traces run diagonally next to the central inscription "JajQo", starting slightly below this inscription and ending between the upper and central inscription "JajQo". Fig. 2 shows the foil packaging from Fig. 1 in a folded state on a carton of eggs, the sides of the foil packaging are joined in a standard manner for foil packaging. The foil packaging for a carton of eggs according to the industrial design may also be intended for cartons with a different number of eggs, for example 6, 12, 20 or 30, with an appropriate modification of the indication of the number of eggs on this packaging. Essential features of the industrial design The foil packaging for a carton of eggs shown in the illustrative material Fig. 1-2 is characterized in that: the packaging is a four-sided yellow foil sheet, in the middle of which there is the inscription "JajQo" written in stylised black letters with white abrasions, with a thick white border and filling of the inside of the round letters; this inscription is combined with a drawing of an egg white with a yolk inside, maintaining the shape of a normal egg, below the letters "Qo" there is a wavy red ribbon with short white sections along the longer sides of the ribbon, and on the ribbon there is the inscription "MADE IN KURA" written in white letters, and below the drawing of an egg with a yolk there is the inscription "10 SZT" in white; above the described middle graphic there is an identical one, but in a horizontal mirror image, and below the described middle graphic there is an identical one but without the inscription "10 SZT"; on the right side of the foil sheet, next to the drawings of eggs and the letter "J" of the upper inscription "JajQo", there are simplified drawings of chicken paw prints forming a wavy line; similarly, simplified drawings of chicken paw prints run diagonally next to the middle inscription "JajQo", starting slightly below this inscription and ending between the upper and middle inscriptions "JajQo"; a different number of eggs in the box is indicated, for example 6, 12, 20 or 30 with an appropriate modification of the indication of the number of eggs on the packaging from Fig. 1–2 PL 24006 3 Illustration of the pattern PL 24006 4 Department of Publishing of the Polish Patent Office PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL
