The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawings, in which: − fig. 1 shows a cardboard packaging in the form of a cuboid with the image of a fanciful little eared creature, − fig. 2 shows the milk packaging according to fig. 1 in an unfolded state. The essential features of the industrial design for the milk carton packaging are as follows: − a 250 ml milk packaging in the shape of a cuboid with a gable roof has, on two opposite side surfaces, an image of a smiling creature, next to which there are white inscriptions in different size letters: − the inscription MLEKOSY, and − the inscriptions MLEKO O SMAKU CZEKOLADOWYM, − The smiling creature with small paws has large, chocolate and pink ears that stick out, the creature's belly is lighter in color, the creature has large, tear-shaped eyes, the side surfaces of the packaging are chocolate-colored, on the side of the packaging, between the general information inscriptions, there is a verbal and figurative trademark protected by law No. R.189926, consisting of the inscription "MLEKPOL" written in capital letters in an ellipse.
