Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniony jest na zalaczonych rysunkach, na których: ? fig. 1 przedstawia kartonowe opakowanie mleka smakowego w formie prostopadloscia- nu, na którym znajduje sie wizerunek pingwina; ? fig. 2 przedstawia opakowanie mleka wedlug fig. 1 w stanie rozlozonym. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawings, in which: Fig. 1 shows a carton packaging of flavored milk in the form of a cuboid with the image of a penguin; Fig. 2 shows the milk packaging according to Fig. 1 in an unfolded state. The essential features of the industrial design for a carton packaging of flavored milk are as follows: the packaging of flavoured milk in the shape of a cuboid with a single-pitched roof has on two opposite side surfaces, on a white background with black spots, an image of a smiling penguin with a mop of hair, next to which there are inscriptions written in different sizes of letters: – the inscription "spotted" and the inscriptions "samo mleczce, just milk", located along the side edge; and – the inscriptions "mleko UHT UHT milk"; ? the smiling penguin has black and white feathers, with a white belly, a black back and the top of the head; ? the penguin's beak is orange; ? on the side surfaces of the packaging there are general information inscriptions written in black font; on the side of the packaging, between general information inscriptions, there is a word-figurative trademark protected by law No. R. 189926, consisting of the inscription "MLEKPOL" in capital letters in an ellipse.
