The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawings, in which: − fig. 1 shows a cardboard packaging in the form of a cuboidal box with an image of a big-eared creature, − fig. 2 shows the milk packaging according to fig. 1 in an unfolded state. The essential features of the industrial design for the milk carton packaging are as follows: − a 250 ml milk packaging in the shape of a cuboidal box with a gable roof has, on two opposite side surfaces, an image of a smiling creature, next to which there are white inscriptions in capital letters: − the inscription MLEKOSY, and − the inscriptions MLEKO O SMAKU WANILOWYM, − The smiling creature with small paws has protruding ears and is yellow in color. The creature has large, round eyes. The side surfaces of the packaging are yellow. On the side of the packaging, between the general information inscriptions, there is a figurative trademark protected by law No. R. 189926, consisting of the inscription "MLEKPOL" in capital letters in an ellipse.
