Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniony jest na zalaczonych rysunkach, na których: ? fig. 1 przedstawia kartonowe opakowanie mleka w formie prostopadloscianu, na którym znajduje sie wizerunek usmiechnietego kangura; ? fig. 2 przedstawia opakowanie mleka z fig. 1 w stanie rozlozonym. The packaging is intended for storing and displaying milk. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawings, in which: − Fig. 1 shows a milk carton packaging in the form of a cuboid with an image of a smiling kangaroo; − Fig. 2 shows the milk carton packaging from Fig. 1 in an unfolded state. The essential features of the industrial design for the milk carton packaging are as follows: − the milk carton packaging in the shape of a cuboid with a single-slope roof has, on two opposite side surfaces, on a shaded chocolate background with darker spots, an image of a smiling kangaroo with a nesting bag, next to which there are inscriptions in various size letters: − the inscriptions "spotted" and "UHT milk", and below the inscriptions "chocolate flavored"; a smiling kangaroo has large, light brown ears that stick out; a brown kangaroo has a lighter belly; above the kangaroo, above the inscriptions "chocolate flavored UHT milk" there is an image of chocolate bars; on the narrower sides of the light chocolate-colored packaging there are general information inscriptions written in black; on the side of the packaging, between the general information inscriptions, there is a verbal-figurative trademark protected by law No. R. 189926, consisting of the inscription "MLEKPOL" written in capital letters in an ellipse.
