Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest etykieta. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac etykiety przejawiajaca sie w oryginalnej szacie graficznej i ko- lorystyce. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal przedstawiony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym na fig. 1 przedstawiono etykiete w widoku ogólnym. Zgloszenie obejmuje jedna odmiane wzoru. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Etykieta ma postac pionowego prostokata o jednobarwnym tle w kolorze zielonym. W górnej czesci etykiety znajduje sie bialy prostokat o szerokosci zblizonej do szerokosci etykiety i wysokosci okolo 1/10 wysokosci etykiety. W srodkowej czesci etykiety, po lewej stronie znajduje sie zlozone oznaczenie slowno-graficzne skladajace sie z nastepujacych elementów: (a) napisu „BA!" wykonane- go kapitalikami, pismem dwuelementowym, szeryfowym, w kolorze bialym z cieniem; (b) scietej elipsy o zielonym wypelnieniu i bialym obramowaniu umieszczonej ponad litera „A" oraz znakiem wykrzyk- nienia „!" napisu „BA!", przy czym na tle wypelnienia elipsy znajduje sie napis „BAKALLAND" wykona- ny kapitalikami, pismem jednoelementowym, szeryfowym w kolorze bialym; (c) wizerunku slonca cze- sciowo zakrytego lewym górnym rogiem scietej elipsy, o której mowa w pkt (b); (d) napisu „WYSZU- KANE PRZYJEMNOSCI" wykonanego kapitalikami, pismem jednoelementowym, bezszeryfowym w kolorze zielonym, umieszczonego ponad scieta elipsa, o której mowa w pkt (b); napisu „... i mysl pozytywnie" wykonanego malymi literami, kursywa, pismem jednoelementowym, bezszeryfowym, w kolorze zielonym, umieszczonego ponizej litery „A" oraz znaku wykrzyknienia „!" napisu „BA!". Bez- posrednio powyzej oznaczenia slowno-graficznego znajduje sie poziomy prostokat w kolorze poma- ranczowym, którego prawa krawedz jest wspólliniowa z prawa krawedzia oznaczenia slowno- graficznego. W srodkowej czesci etykiety, po prawej stronie slowno-graficznego oznaczenia znajduje sie przezroczyste pole, oznaczone na rysunku kolorem fioletowym, poprzez które widoczny jest pro- dukt. Przezroczyste pole ma ksztalt pionowego prostokata, którego górna krawedz znajduje sie na tym samym poziomie co górna krawedz prostokata w kolorze pomaranczowym. Czesciowo, u dolu oraz przy swojej prawej krawedzi, przezroczyste pole jest przesloniete przez kolorowe rysunki ilustrujace poszczególne skladniki produktu, w szczególnosci swieze i suszone owoce, równiez zaprezentowane z listkami, orzechy róznego rodzaju oraz wiórki czekolady. The essence of the design is a new form of the label, manifested in an original graphic design and colour scheme. The subject of the industrial design is presented in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the label in a general view. The application covers one variant of the design. Essential features of the industrial design The label has the form of a vertical rectangle with a single-colour green background. In the upper part of the label there is a white rectangle with a width similar to the width of the label and a height of about 1/10 of the height of the label. In the middle part of the label, on the left side, there is a complex word-graphic mark consisting of the following elements: (a) the inscription "BA!" in capital letters, two-element serif script, in white with a shadow; (b) a truncated ellipse with green filling and a white frame placed above the letter "A" and the exclamation mark "!" of the inscription "BA!", with the inscription "BAKALLAND" in capital letters, single-element serif script in white against the background of the inscription; (c) an image of the sun partially covered by the upper left corner of the truncated ellipse referred to in point (b); (d) the inscription "WYSZUKANE PRZYJEMNOSCI" in capital letters, single-element sans-serif script, in green, placed above the truncated ellipse referred to in point (b); the inscription "... and think positively" in lower case, italic, single-element, sans-serif letters, in green, placed below the letter "A" and the exclamation mark "!" of the inscription "BA!". Directly above the word-graphic marking there is a horizontal rectangle in orange, the right edge of which is collinear with the right edge of the word-graphic marking. In the central part of the label, to the right of the word-graphic marking there is a transparent field, marked in purple in the drawing, through which the product is visible. The transparent field has the shape of a vertical rectangle, the upper edge of which is at the same level as the upper edge of the orange rectangle. Partially, at the bottom and at its right edge, the transparent field is covered by colorful drawings illustrating the individual ingredients of the product, in particular fresh and dried fruit, also presented with leaves, nuts of various kinds and chocolate shavings.
