Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest etykieta produktu spozywczego, przeznaczona do umieszczania na opakowaniach jednostkowych. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu przez oryginalny wystrój graficzno-kolorystyczny oraz cechy linii konturów i ksztaltów. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal przedstawiony na zalaczonych ilustracjach, na których: 1. Fig. 1 - przedstawia pierwsza odmiane wzoru, 2. Fig. 2 - przedstawia druga odmiane wzoru, 3. Fig. 3 - przedstawia trzecia odmiane wzoru. Wszystkie odmiany wzoru przemyslowego charakteryzuja sie tym, ze na etykiecie w centralnym miejscu umieszczona jest nazwa „LIFE", przy czym slowo to jest koloru bialego na tle czarnego owalu w ksztalcie dymka otoczonego bialym konturem, pod którym po prawej stronie umieszczony jest drugi dymek w róznych kolorach (zaleznie od odmiany wzoru) z umieszczonymi na nim napisem bialymi literami i obwiedziony bialym konturem. Ponadto tlo kazdej z etykiet stanowia czesci owoców, przy czym w górnej i dolnej czesci etykiety jest to skórka owoców, a w srodkowej (pomiedzy) miazsz. Kazda z etykiet ma ksztalt prostokata. Pierwsza odmiana wzoru (fig. 1) charakteryzuje sie tym, ze ponizej napisu „LIFE", po prawej stronie dodatkowo umieszczone sa slowa „MEGA" oraz „MIAZGA" ulozone równolegle jedno pod drugim. Sa to biale wyrazy napisane majuskula na ciemno-fioletowym tle w ksztalcie owalnego dymka. Calosc - tlo wzoru stanowia zewnetrzne i wewnetrzne fragmenty owoców. W czesci górnej i srodkowej jest to skórka oraz miazsz owocu pitahai, w dolnej z kolei skórka w kolorze owocu wisni. Druga odmiana wzoru (fig. 2) charakteryzuje sie tym, ze ponizej napisu „LIFE", po prawej stronie dodatkowo umieszczone sa slowa „CYTRO" oraz „BANG", ulozone równolegle jedno pod drugim. Sa to biale wyrazy napisane majuskula na pomaranczowym tle w ksztalcie owalnego dymka. Calosc - tlo wzoru stanowia zewnetrzne i wewnetrzne fragmenty owoców. W czesci górnej i srodkowej jest to skórka oraz miazsz owocu pomaranczy, w dolnej z kolei skórka cytryny. Trzecia odmiana wzoru (fig. 3) charakteryzuje sie tym, ze ponizej napisu „LIFE", po prawej stronie umieszczone sa dodatkowo slowa „FRUTO" oraz „FAZA", ulozone równolegle jedno pod drugim. Sa to biale wyrazy napisane majuskula na zielonym tle w ksztalcie owalnego dymka. Calosc - tlo wzoru stanowia zewnetrzne i wewnetrzne fragmenty owoców. W czesci górnej jest to skórka zielonego jablka z kolei w czesci srodkowej i dolnej jest to miazsz oraz skórka owocu kiwi. Etykieta wykonana jest z folii PVC, przy czym moze byc wykonana z innych materialów. Wykaz odmian wzoru: 1. Fig. 1 - pierwsza odmiana wzoru, 2. Fig. 2 - druga odmiana wzoru, 3. The essence of the industrial design is the product's new and unique form, imbued with an original graphic and color scheme and the characteristics of contour lines and shapes. The industrial design is presented in the attached illustrations, which: 1. Fig. 1 - shows the first design variant; 2. Fig. 2 - shows the second design variant; 3. Fig. 3 - shows the third design variant. All industrial design variants are characterized by the fact that the name "LIFE" is placed centrally on the label, with the word "LIFE" in white against a black oval in the shape of a speech bubble surrounded by a white outline. Below this, on the right side, is a second speech bubble in various colors (depending on the design variant) with an inscription in white letters and a white outline. Moreover, the background of each label consists of fruit parts, with the top and bottom parts being the fruit skin, and the middle (between) the fruit pulp. Each label is rectangular in shape. The first variation of the design (Fig. 1) is characterized by the words "MEGA" and "MIAZGA" placed parallel to the right below the word "LIFE." These are white words written in capital letters on a dark purple background in the shape of an oval bubble. The background of the design consists of the outer and inner parts of the fruit. In the top and middle parts, it is the skin and flesh of the pita fruit, while in the lower part, it is the cherry-colored skin. The second design variant (fig. 2) is characterized by the fact that below the inscription "LIFE", on the right side, there are additional words "CYTRO" and "BANG", arranged parallel one below the other. These are white words written in capital letters on an orange background in the shape of an oval speech bubble. The entire background of the design consists of the outer and inner parts of fruit. In the upper and middle parts, there is the peel and pulp of an orange fruit, while in the lower part, there is the peel of a lemon. The third design variant (fig. 3) is characterized by the fact that below the inscription "LIFE", on the right side, there are additional words "FRUTO" and "FAZA", arranged parallel one below the other. These are white words written in capital letters on a green background in the shape of an oval speech bubble. The entire background of the design consists of the outer and inner parts of fruit. The upper part is green apple skin, while the middle and lower parts are kiwi fruit flesh and skin. The label is made of PVC foil, but can also be made of other materials.
