Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal zaprezentowany na zalaczonych fotografiach, na któ- rych fig. 1 – przedstawia butelke w widoku ogólnym od frontu, fig. 2 – pokazuje butelke w widoku z tylu, natomiast fig. 3 – uwidacznia butelke w widoku z góry. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Do cech istotnych wzoru przemyslowego, zaprezentowanego na fotografii, fig. 1, fig. 2 i fig. 3 – nalezy zaliczyc, ze butelka z etykieta, wypelniona sokiem z owoców rózy jest uksztaltowana w formie cylindra zbieznego ku górze wzdluz linii lukowej do rozmieszczonej osiowo szyjki. Czesc cylindryczna butelki jest wyposazona w etykiete, ozdobiona u góry i u dolu szlaczkiem w postaci dwóch linii. Linia od strony zewnetrznej jest w kolorze pomaranczowym. Jest ona szersza w stosunku do zielonej linii, usytuowanej od strony wewnetrznej. Centralna czesc etykiety od frontu zajmuje rysunek przedstawia- jacy dorodne owoce dzikiej rózy wraz listkami. Powyzej i ponizej rysunku sa rozmieszczone napisy o charakterze informacyjnym. Nad tymi na- pisami znajduje sie motyw slowno-graficzny, który przedstawia wieloboczne figury ze stylizowanym napisem wewnatrz, zbiezne ku usytuowanemu pomiedzy nimi kwadratowi. Wewnatrz kwadratu jest rysunek ilustrujacy platek rózy w pelnym rozkwicie na tle dwukolorowego pola. Taki sam motyw slowno-graficzny zdobi nakretke butelki, osadzona na szyjce. Motyw ten jest rozmieszczony na górnej powierzchni nakretki. Tylna czesc etykiety butelki zajmuja drobne napisy o charakterze informacyjnym. Niektóre sa podane w postaci tabeli. Dolna czesc tylnej czesci etykiety zajmuje ilustracja róznych owoców uwazanych za bogate zródlo witaminy C. It boasts exceptional medicinal properties, including: supporting the body's collagen production, which ensures the proper appearance and function of skin, supporting the nervous and immune systems, supporting healthy energy metabolism, reducing fatigue and weariness, and positively influencing iron absorption. According to the industrial design, the bottle may also be used for packaging various other juices and syrups. The essence of the design is the product's new and unique form, given to it by the characteristics of its lines, contours, shapes, and materials. According to the industrial design, the bottle is manufactured industrially or handicrafted from glass. It can also be made from plastic. The subject of the industrial design is presented in the attached photographs, in which Fig. 1 shows the bottle in a general front view, Fig. 2 shows the bottle in a back view, and Fig. 3 shows the bottle in a top view. The essential features of the industrial design presented in the photographs, Fig. 1, Fig. 2, and Fig. 3, include that the bottle with the label, filled with rosehip juice, is shaped like a cylinder tapering upward along an arc line to an axially arranged neck. The cylindrical part of the bottle is equipped with a label, decorated at the top and bottom with a two-line pattern. The line on the outside is orange. It is wider than the green line on the inside. The central part of the front label is occupied by an image of ripe wild rose hips with leaves. Informational text is arranged above and below the image. Above these texts is a text-graphic motif depicting polygonal figures with a stylized text inside, converging towards a square between them. Within the square is an image of a rose petal in full bloom against a two-color field. The same text-graphic motif adorns the bottle cap, which is set on the neck. This motif is arranged on the upper surface of the cap. The back of the bottle label is occupied by small informational text, some of which is presented in a table format. The lower part of the back of the label is occupied by an illustration of various fruits considered to be a rich source of vitamin C.
