Przedmiot wzoru przedstawiono na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym, w widoku perspektywicznym. Cechy wzoru istotne to: opakowanie wykonane jest z naturalnej, ciemnej tektury i ma w czesci górnej nadruk w postaci pólokregu w ciemniejszym anizeli tlo odcieniu, na którym przy krawedzi na calej dlugosci rozmieszczony jest wzór w kolorze bialym, zlozony z szeregu elementów graficznych przedstawiajacych motywy roslinne: kwiaty, liscie, ziarna, zas centralnie posrodku usytuowany jest napis wykonany fantazyjnym stylizowanym na odreczne, krojem pisma przedstawiajacych nazwe produktu: „musli", ponizej pomniejszone „musli pelnoziarniste", ponizej pólokregu usytuowany jest otwór o zarysie okregu, przeznaczony do eksponowania zawartosci opakowania, otoczony na calym obwodzie wzorem zlozonym z bialych kropek, jak pokazano na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym. The packaging is a rectangular bag with a three-dimensional print. The raw gray-brown cardboard was intended to emphasize the healthy, ecological nature of the product. The design is shown in the attached illustration, in a perspective view. The essential features of the design are: the packaging is made of natural, dark cardboard and has a semicircle print in the upper part in a shade darker than the background, on which a white pattern is placed along the entire length of the edge, composed of a series of graphic elements representing plant motifs: flowers, leaves, grains, and in the center there is an inscription in a fanciful, stylized handwritten font, presenting the name of the product: "muesli", below it a reduced "whole grain muesli", below the semicircle there is a circular opening intended to display the contents of the package, surrounded around the entire circumference by a pattern composed of white dots, as shown in the attached illustration.
