W górnej czesci opakowania, z lewej strony umieszczone jest logo producenta: na cieniowanym, zóltym tle figury o nieregularnym, zblizonym do kropli ksztalcie, umieszczone jest wyrazenie napisane w dwóch wierszach w kolorze czarnym, skladajace sie z wyrazu „grupa" napisanego tekstem i liter „BGK" napisanych wersalikami, a obok wyrazenie ZIMNIOKI ZE LO!. W kolorze równiez odpowiednio czerwonym, zielonym i ciemnobrazowym, przy czym litera „O" w wyrazie LO ma ksztalt ziemniaka. Ponizej, nad serwetka umieszczony jest rysunek przedstawiajacy wiejski krajobraz: pole, ciagnik z przyczepa, chmurki, wszystkie elementy narysowane kreska w kolo- rze brazowym oraz promienie slonca w kolorze bialym. Ponizej rysunku serwetki umieszczony jest rysunek przedstawiajacy ksztalt wyrobów oraz odpowiednio rysunek produktu, od którego pochodzi smak wyrobu. Cechami istotnymi opakowania wedlug wzoru jest: 1. kolorystyka i uklad graficzny, gdzie opakowanie ma kolor kremowy, na tle którego, w czesci centralnej umieszczony jest rysunek ozdobnej serwetki, wycinanki w kolorze odpowiadajacym smakowi produktu, tj. czerwonym, zielonym i ciemnobrazowym, na tle której umieszczony jest duzy napis PYRCHOTKI w kolorze bialym, a ponizej smak produktu, 2. w górnej czesci opakowania, z lewej strony umieszczone jest logo producenta: na cie- niowanym, zóltym tle figury o nieregularnym, zblizonym do kropli ksztalcie, umieszczo- ne jest wyrazenie napisane w dwóch wierszach w kolorze czarnym, skladajace sie z wyrazu „grupa" napisanego tekstem i liter „BGK" napisanych wersalikami, a obok wyrazenie ZIMNIOKI ZE LO!. The subject of the industrial design is presented in the drawing in variant embodiments, in which: Fig. 1 shows a rectangular view of the packaging of the food product PYRCHOTKI O SMAKU TOMIDORA Z OGRÓDKA (GARDEN TOMATO FLAVOR); Fig. 2 shows a rectangular view of the packaging of the food product PYRCHOTKI O SMAKU SMIETANY Z CEBULA (CREAM AND ONION FLAVOR); Fig. 3 shows a rectangular view of the packaging of the food product PYRCHOTKI O SMAKU SMOKED SAUSAGE (SMOKED SAUSAGE) FLAVOR. The packaging, as designed, is roughly cuboid-shaped, with welded edges at the shorter edges. The packaging is cream-colored. The central background features a decorative napkin cutout in colors matching the product's flavor—red, green, and dark brown. The background features a large white inscription reading "PYRCHOTKI" and the flavor of the product below. The manufacturer's logo is located on the upper left side of the packaging: against a shaded, yellow background, the irregular, teardrop-shaped figure features an expression written in two lines in black, consisting of the word "grupa" (group) in text and the letters "BGK" (BGK) in capital letters. Next to it is the expression "ZIMNIOKI ZE LO!" (Ice Creams) in red, green, and dark brown, respectively, with the letter "O" in the word "LO" shaped like a potato. Below, above the napkin, is a drawing of a rural landscape: a field, a tractor with a trailer, clouds, all elements drawn with brown lines, and white sun rays. Below the napkin drawing is a drawing of the shape of the products and, accordingly, a drawing of the product from which the flavor comes. The essential features of the packaging according to the sample are: 1. the colors and graphic layout, where the packaging is cream-colored, against which, in the central part, there is a drawing of a decorative napkin, a cutout in a color corresponding to the product flavor, i.e. red, green and dark brown, against which there is a large inscription PYRCHOTKI in white, and below it the product flavor, 2. in the upper part of the packaging, on the left side, there is the manufacturer's logo: on the shaded, yellow background of the figure with an irregular, drop-like shape, there is an expression written in two lines in black, consisting of the word "grupa" written in text and the letters "BGK" written in capital letters, and next to it the expression ZIMNIOKI ZE LO!.
