Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest wykorzystanie kompozycji slowno-graficznej zawierajacej na powierzchni ekspozycyjnej grafike plastyczna i kolorystyczna, polaczone z logiem zglaszajacego oraz nazwe przechowywanego wyrobu, oddzialywujaca na potencjalnych klientów w zakresie sprzedazy, czy wykorzystania w branzy garmazeryjnej, przetwórstwa owocowo-warzywnego, a takze w obrocie han- dlowym. Etykieta opakowania ketchupu pikantnego ma postac elipsy ustawionej pionowo, której obrys stanowi krawedziowy szeroki pasek oddzielony od wewnetrznej powierzchni tla wa- skim równoleglym paskiem ze szczelinowa przerwa od obrysu. 2. Na wewnetrznej powierzchni ekspozycyjnej zaznaczona jest nazwa przechowywanego wyrobu to jest „KETCHUP KASZËBSCZI", napisana duzymi zdobniczymi literami o wy- rózniajacych sie wymiarach, w ukladzie pionowym. Na górnym poziomie umieszczony jest wyraz „KETCHUP", zas pod nim znajduje sie wyraz „KASZËBSCZI". Zestaw slowny za- myka od dolnej strony wyraz „Óstri", napisany malymi zdobniczymi literami z pierwsza duza litera „Ó". 3. W dolnej czesci etykiety znajduje sie w srodku rozwiniety kielich kwiatu otoczony listkami i po obu stronach umieszczone sa katowo odchylone ukwiecone galazki charaktery- styczne dla regionalnych kaszubskich kompozycji. 4. W górnej czesci etykiety umieszczone jest logo zglaszajacego zaznaczone na podwójnym obrysie zamknietej lukowej powierzchni stanowiace wyraz „DAGOMA" napisanej po luku, bardzo gruba linia. Pod lukowa powierzchnia o przeciwleglym promieniu, zaznaczona jest cyfra „1880". W przestrzeni miedzy powyzszym zapisem, a nazwa wyrobu umieszczona jest identyczna kompozycja kwiatowa, jak w czesci dolnej, rózniaca sie tylko przeciwnymi katami odchylenia ukwieconych galazek. 5. Efekt wizualny poteguje kolorystyka etykiety, w której dominujacym oddzialywaniem jest czerwony kolor powierzchni liter wyrazów „KETCHUP KASZËBSCZI". Powierzchnia ele- mentów logo firmy, powierzchnia liter wyrazu „Óstri", waski pasek obrysu elipsy oraz linie krawedzi liter nazwy wyrobu maja barwe czarna; ukwiecone galazki sa w kolorze zielo- nym, niebieskim i czerwonym; krawedziowy szeroki pasek jest w kolorze ugier ciemny, pozostala powierzchnia ekspozycyjna wewnetrzna ma kolor kremowy. The essence of the industrial design is the use of a verbal and graphic composition containing plastic and color graphics on the display area, combined with the applicant's logo and the name of the product being stored, influencing potential customers in terms of sales or use in the delicatessen, fruit and vegetable processing, and trade sectors. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustrative material showing a frontal view of the label's display area. Essential features of the industrial design 1. The label of the spicy ketchup packaging is in the form of a vertically oriented ellipse, the outline of which is a wide edge stripe separated from the inner background surface by a narrow parallel stripe with a gap between the outline. 2. On the inner display surface, the name of the stored product, i.e. "KETCHUP KASZËBSCZI", is marked, written in large, decorative letters of distinctive dimensions, in a vertical arrangement. At the top is the word "KETCHUP", and below it is the word "KASZËBSCZI". The word set ends at the bottom with the word "Óstri", written in small, decorative letters with the first capital letter "Ó". 3. In the lower part of the label, there is a developed flower calyx surrounded by leaves, and on both sides are angled flower-covered branches characteristic of regional Kashubian compositions. 4. In the upper part of the label, there is the applicant's logo, marked on a double outline of a closed, arched surface, constituting the word "DAGOMA" written in a very thick line. Under the arched surface with the opposite radius, the number "1880" is marked. In the space between the above entry and the product name, there is an identical floral arrangement as in the lower part, differing only in the opposite angles of the flower-covered branches. 5. The visual effect is enhanced by the colors of the label, in which the dominant effect is the red color of the letters of the words "KETCHUP KASZËBSCZI". The surface of the company logo elements, the surface of the letters of the word "Óstri", the narrow strip of the ellipse outline and the edge lines of the letters of the product name are black; the flowered branches are green, blue and red; the wide edge strip is dark ochre, the remaining internal display surface is cream.
