PL 23223 2 Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest etykieta opakowan artykulów warzywnych tworzacych w okreslonych rodzajowo i ilosciowo zestawach regionalny wyrób ogórków kaszubskich. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest wykorzystanie kompozycji slowno-graficznej etykiety opakowan artykulów warzywnych zawierajacej na powierzchni ekspozycyjnej kompozycje plastyczne i kolorystyczne umieszczonych w opakowaniu zestawu warzyw wraz z okreslonymi dodatkami polaczonych z elementami slowno- graficznymi o znamionach kompozycji regionalnej, sugestywnie oddzialywujacej na potencjalnych klientów korzystajacych z prowadzonej dzialalnosci handlowej oraz uslugowej w zakresie sprzedazy wytworzonych wyrobów, czy wykorzystywanie ich w branzy garmazeryjnej, przetwórstwie owocowo-warzywnym i obrocie handlowym na wolnym rynku. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniono na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym przedstawiajacym powierzchnie ekspozycyjna etykiety z warzywami, z zapisami slowno-graficznymi, regionalnymi elementami graficznymi oraz logiem producenta wyrobów. I tak: fig. 1 przedstawia widok pierwszej odmiany etykiety, fig. 2 – widok drugiej odmiany etykiety, fig. 3 – widok trzeciej odmiany etykiety. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego 1. Etykieta opakowan artykulów warzywnych ma postac duzej elipsy z kolorowym brazowym obrysem krawedzi zewnetrznej laczacej sie dolnej czesci z podluznym koszykiem wiklinowym wypelnionym zielonymi ogórkami, czerwona papryka jasnozielona cebula zielonym zielem angielskim i zielonymi liscmi laury, fig. 1. 2. W górnej czesci elipsy, na wprost wypelnionego warzywami kosza, znajduje sie logo firmy, to jest okreslenie „DAGOMA 1880", w postaci slowno-graficznej objetej ochrona prawna fig. 1, 2, 3. 3. W czesci srodkowej etykiety umieszczone sa dwa wyrazy, napisane lukowo, na dwóch poziomach z wglebieniem od góry. Pod logiem, na górnym poziomie zaznaczony jest wyraz „OGÓRKI", napisany bardzo gruba linia z czarnym obrysem krawedzi liter, majac barwe powierzchni liter zielona z jasnym odcieniem w srodku liter, fig. 1. 4. Pod wyrazem „OGÓRKI" z zapisem równoleglym lukiem, umieszczony jest wyraz „KASZUBSKIE", napisany bardzo gruba linia z czarnym obrysem krawedzi liter, majacych czerwony kolor powierzchni. Wymiary liter, kolorystyka i rozmieszczenie, nadaja wyrazowi „KASZUBSKIE" szczególny charakter na etykiecie, fig. 1. 5. Pomiedzy wyrazem „KASZUBSKIE", a warzywami w koszyku, umieszczony jest zestaw wyrazów „slodko-kwasne", napisany malymi zdobniczymi literami, kursywa, sredniej grubosci linia, zielona powierzchnia liter, fig. 1. 6. Pozostala powierzchnia etykiety ma barwe pistacjowa, z odcieniami, od ciemniejszej w czesci dolnej do jasniejszej w górnej powierzchni, fig.1. 7. Druga odmiana etykiety ma kompozycje graficzna i kolorystyczna identyczna, jak w pierwszej odmianie. Wyróznikiem jest umieszczenie pod grafika logo firmy „DAGOMA 1880", napisanych lukowo zestawów wyrazów „SALATKA KASZUBSKA", krojem i gruboscia linii, jak w pierwszej odmianie. Powierzchnie liter wyrazu „SALATKA" maja barwe zielona z odcieniami, zas powierzchnie liter wyrazu „KASZUBSKA" maja kolor ugieru. W dolnej czesci etykiety zaznaczone sa cale i pokrojone zielone ogórki, a takze czerwone papryki i jasnozielone cebule, fig. 2. 8. Trzecia odmiana etykiety ma kompozycje graficzna i kolorystyczna identyczna jak w pierwszej odmianie. Wyróznikiem jest umieszczenie pod grafika logo firmy „DAGOMA 1880", napisanych lukowo zestawów wyrazów „PIKLE KASZUBSKIE", krojem i gruboscia linii, jak w pierwszej odmianie. Powierzchnie liter wyrazu „PIKLE" sa koloru zielonego z odcieniami, zas powierzchnie liter wyrazu „KASZUBSKIE" maja barwe zólta. Pomiedzy wyrazem „KASZUBSKIE", a warzywami umieszczony jest wyraz „ogórkowe" napisany krojem jak w pierwszej odmianie. W dolnej czesci etykiety zaznaczone sa pokrojone wzdluz jasnozielone ogórki, czerwona papryka i jasnozielone cebule, fig. 3. The essence of the industrial design is the use of a verbal and graphic composition of the vegetable packaging label, containing on the display surface a visual and color composition of a set of vegetables placed in the package along with specific accessories, combined with verbal and graphic elements with characteristics of a regional composition, suggestively influencing potential customers using the conducted commercial and service activities in the sale of manufactured products, or using them in the delicatessen industry, fruit and vegetable processing, and free market trade. The industrial design is illustrated in the attached illustration, which shows the display area of a vegetable label, with text and graphics, regional graphic elements, and the product manufacturer's logo. Figure 1 shows the first label variant; Figure 2 shows the second label variant; and Figure 3 shows the third label variant. Essential features of the industrial design 1. The label for vegetable product packaging has the form of a large ellipse with a colored brown outline of the outer edge connecting the lower part with an elongated wicker basket filled with green cucumbers, red peppers, light green onions, green allspice and green bay leaves, fig. 1. 2. In the upper part of the ellipse, opposite the basket filled with vegetables, there is the company logo, i.e. the term "DAGOMA 1880", in a word-graphic form covered by legal protection, figs. 1, 2, 3. 3. In the central part of the label there are two words, written in an arc, on two levels with a recess at the top. Under the logo, on the upper level, the word "OGÓRKI" is marked, written in a very thick line with a black outline of the edges of the letters, the surface color of the letters being green with a light shade in the middle of the letters, fig. 1. 4. Under the word "OGÓRKI" written in a parallel arc, the word "KASZUBSKIE" is placed, written in a very thick line with a black outline of the edges of the letters, the surface color of which is red. The letter dimensions, colors and arrangement give the word "KASZUBSKIE" a special character on the label, fig. 1. 5. Between the word "KASZUBSKIE" and the vegetables in the basket, there is a set of words "sweet and sour", written in small, decorative letters, italics, medium-thick line, green letter surface, fig. 1. 6. The remaining surface of the label is pistachio-colored, with shades, from darker in the lower part to lighter in the upper part, fig. 1. 7. The second version of the label has a graphic and color composition identical to the first version. The distinguishing feature is the placement of the "DAGOMA 1880" company logo under the graphic, sets of words "SALATKA KASZUBSKA" written in an arc, with the font and line thickness as in the first version. The letter surfaces of the word "SALATKA" are green with shades, while the letter surfaces of the word "KASZUBSKA" are ochre. The lower part of the label shows whole and sliced green cucumbers, as well as red peppers and light green onions, fig. 2. 8. The third label variant has a graphic and color composition identical to the first variant. The distinguishing feature is the placement of the "DAGOMA 1880" company logo under the graphic, sets of the words "PIKLE KASZUBSKIE" written in an arc shape, with the font and line thickness as in the first variant. The letter surfaces of the word "PIKLE" are green with shades, while the letter surfaces of the word "KASZUBSKIE" are yellow. Between the word "KASZUBSKIE" and the vegetables, the word "ogórkowe" is placed, written in the font as in the first variant.
