Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest etykieta. Istota wzoru jest nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w slowno-graficzno-kolorystycznym ukladzie etykiety. Etykieta przedstawiona jest na rysunku na którym fig. 1 przedstawia widok etykiety w odmianie pierwszej, fig. 2 przedstawia etykiete w odmianie drugiej, fig. 3 przedstawia etykiete w odmianie trze- ciej, fig. 4 przedstawia etykiete w odmianie czwartej, fig. 5 przedstawia etykiete w odmianie piatej, zas fig. 6 przedstawia etykiete w odmianie szóstej. Etykieta wedlug wzoru ma ksztalt prostokata, którego tlo podzielone jest na dwa wzdluzne pasy, z których górny jest szerszy i wykonany jest w kolorze zóltym w bardzo jasnym odcieniu, a dolny jest wezszy i jego kolorystyka zmienia sie w poszczególnych odmianach w zaleznosci od rodzaju produk- tu. W górnej czesci zóltego pasa usytuowane jest logo w postaci podwójnej eliptycznej obwoluty wy- konanej liniami o zróznicowanej grubosci w kolorze czarnym i zóltym. Wewnatrz obwoluty umieszczo- na jest korona z dwiema falistymi wstegami w kolorach czarnych i zóltych o ciemniejszym odcieniu od tla. Po bokach elipsy umieszczone sa dwie równolegle do siebie, poziome linie w kolorze zóltym, o odcieniu ciemniejszym od tla. Pomiedzy liniami umieszczony jest napis PODKRESLA SMAK, wyko- nany w kolorze czarnym, przy czym slowo PODKRESLA umieszczone jest z lewej strony elipsy, a slowo SMAK z prawej strony elipsy. Ponizej elipsy umieszczony jest w jednym rzedzie napis SOS KIELECKI wykonany duzymi, drukowanymi literami alfabetu, w kolorze czarnym z zóltym podcieniem z prawej strony w odcieniu ciemniejszym od tla. Centralnie pod tym napisem widnieje mniejszy napis okreslajacy rodzaj produktu wykonany w kolorze dostosowanym do koloru tla dolnego pasa. Na tle dolnego pasa, na calej dlugosci usytuowane sa elementy graficzne wykonane czarnymi liniami i przedstawiajace grafike nawiazujaca do skladu produktu oznaczanego taka etykieta jak pokazano na fig. 1 do 6. W pierwszej odmianie etykieta jak wyzej, ma dolny pas tla etykiety oraz napis okreslajacy ro- dzaj produktu „chrzanowy" wykonany w kolorze niebieskim, przy czym na tle niebieskiego pasa us y- tuowana jest grafika przedstawiajaca korzenie chrzanu poprzetykane drobnymi ziarnami jak poka- zano na fig. 1. W drugiej odmianie etykieta, ma dolny pas tla etykiety oraz napis okreslajacy rodzaj produktu „curry" wykonany w kolorze zóltym w ciemnym odcieniu, przy czym na tle tego pasa usytuowana jest grafika przedstawiajaca straki papryczki chili, korzen imbiru i usypane stozki przypraw, poprzetykane drobnymi ziarnami jak pokazano na fig. 2. W trzeciej odmianie etykieta, ma dolny pas tla etykiety oraz napis okreslajacy rodzaj produktu „cyganski" wykonany w kolorze czerwonym, przy czym na tle tego pasa usytuowana jest grafika przedstawiajaca straki papryczki chili, cebule i pomidory, poprzetykane drobnymi ziarnami jak pokaza- no na fig. 3. W czwartej odmianie dolny pas tla etykiety oraz napis okreslajacy rodzaj produktu „czosnkowy" wykonany jest w kolorze fioletowym w jasnym odcieniu, przy czym na tle tego pasa usytuowana jest grafika przedstawiajaca zabki i glówki czosnku poprzetykane drobnymi ziarnami jak pokazano na fig. 4. W piatej odmianie dolny pas tla etykiety oraz napis okreslajacy rodzaj produktu „kanapkowy" wykonany jest w kolorze pomaranczowym, przy czym na tle tego pasa usytuowana jest grafika przed- stawiajaca pieczarki, cebule, ogórki i ziola, poprzetykane drobnymi ziarnami jak pokazano na fig. 5. W szóstej odmianie dolny pas tla etykiety oraz napis okreslajacy rodzaj produktu „tatarski" wy- konany jest w kolorze zielonym, przy czym na tle tego pasa usytuowana jest grafika przedstawiajaca pieczarki, cebule i ogórki, poprzetykane drobnymi ziarnami jak pokazano na fig. 6. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego: 1. The essence of the design is a new form of the object, manifested in the label's verbal, graphic, and color arrangement. The label is presented in the drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the first version of the label, Fig. 2 shows the second version of the label, Fig. 3 shows the third version of the label, Fig. 4 shows the fourth version of the label, Fig. 5 shows the fifth version of the label, and Fig. 6 shows the sixth version of the label. According to the design, the label is rectangular in shape, the background of which is divided into two longitudinal stripes, the upper one being wider and executed in a very light shade of yellow, while the lower one is narrower, its color varying in each variant depending on the product type. At the top of the yellow band is the logo, a double elliptical wrapper, made with lines of varying thickness in black and yellow. Inside the wrapper is a crown with two wavy ribbons in black and yellow, each darker than the background. On the sides of the ellipse are two parallel, horizontal lines in yellow, each darker than the background. Between the lines is the inscription "PODKRESLA SMAK" ("PODKRESLA SMAK"), written in black, with the word "PODKRESLA" on the left side of the ellipse and the word "SMAK" on the right side. Below the ellipse, in a single row, is the inscription "SOS KIELECKI" ("SOS KIELECKI"), written in large, block letters, in black with a yellow shading on the right side, darker than the background. Centrally below this inscription there is a smaller inscription specifying the type of product, made in a color matching the background color of the lower strip. On the background of the bottom strip, along the entire length, there are graphic elements made of black lines and presenting graphics referring to the composition of the product marked with such a label as shown in figures 1 to 6. In the first version, the label as above has a lower label background strip and an inscription specifying the product type "horseradish" made in blue, while on the background of the blue strip there is a graphic showing horseradish roots interspersed with fine grains as shown in figure 1. In the second version, the label has a lower label background strip and an inscription specifying the product type "curry" made in a dark shade of yellow, while on the background of this strip there is a graphic showing chili pepper pods, ginger root and scattered cones of spices, interspersed with fine grains as shown in figure 2. In the third version, the label has a lower the background band of the label and the inscription specifying the product type "Gypsy" are made in red, and on the background of this band there is a graphic depicting chili pepper pods, onions and tomatoes, interspersed with small seeds as shown in Fig. 3. In the fourth variant, the lower background band of the label and the inscription specifying the product type "Garlic" are made in a light shade of purple, and on the background of this band there is a graphic depicting garlic cloves and heads interspersed with small seeds as shown in Fig. 4. In the fifth variant, the lower background band of the label and the inscription specifying the product type "Sandwich" are made in orange, and on the background of this band there is a graphic depicting mushrooms, onions, cucumbers and herbs, interspersed with small seeds as shown in Fig. 5. In the sixth variant, the lower the background strip of the label and the inscription specifying the product type "Tatarski" are made in green, and against the background of this strip there is a graphic depicting mushrooms, onions and cucumbers, interspersed with small seeds as shown in Fig. 6. Essential features of the industrial design: 1. The label, according to the design, has the shape of a rectangle, the background of which is divided into two longitudinal strips, the upper one being wider and made in a very light shade of yellow, while the lower one is narrower and its color varies in the individual varieties depending on the type of product. In the upper part of the yellow strip there is a logo in the form of a double elliptical wrapper made with lines of varying thickness in black and yellow. Inside the cover is a crown with two wavy ribbons, in black and yellow, a darker shade than the background. On the sides of the ellipse are two parallel horizontal lines in a darker yellow. Between the lines is the inscription "PODKRESLA SMAK" ("PODKRESLA SMAK"), in black, with the word "PODKRESLA" on the left side of the ellipse and the word "SMAK" on the right side. Below the ellipse, in a single row, is the inscription "SOS KIELECKI" ("SOS KIELECKI"), in large, block letters, in black with a yellow shading on the right side, a darker shade than the background. Centrally below this inscription is a smaller inscription specifying the product type, in a color matching the background color of the lower band. On the background of the bottom stripe, along its entire length, there are graphic elements made in black lines and presenting graphics referring to the composition of the product marked with such a label as shown in Fig. 1 to Fig. 6. 2.
