Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest etykieta opakowania produktów spozywczych, zwlasz- cza zup i kremów, przeznaczona do umieszczania na frontowej lub górnej czesci opakowania lub jego elementu, w szczególnosci obwoluty, zwlaszcza opakowania papierowego lub z tworzyw sztucznych. Etykieta wedlug wzoru przemyslowego ma nowy i oryginalny charakter, który zostal osiagniety poprzez zastosowanie charakterystycznej szaty graficznej, na która sklada sie odpowiednia ornamen- tyka, rysunki, symbole, napisy, uklad graficzny i kolorystyka. Etykieta wedlug wzoru przemyslowego zostala przedstawiona na ilustracji, w pieciu odmianach: 1) fig. 1 przedstawia pierwsza odmiane etykiety, 2) fig. 2 przedstawia druga odmiane etykiety, 3) fig. 3 przedstawia trzecia odmiane etykiety, 4) fig. 4 przedstawia czwarta odmiane etykiety, 5) fig. 5 przedstawia piata odmiane etykiety. Etykieta ma ksztalt prostokata z zaokraglonymi rogami, z wewnetrznym obramowaniem w kolo- rze bialym. Etykieta wypelniona jest tlem, na którym przedstawione sa stylizowane na odreczne ry- sunki elementy roslin, artykulów spozywczych, sztucców lub naczyn. W górnej czesci etykiety, znajdu- je sie prostokat w kolorze czarnym, zakonczony od dolu szescioma trójkatnymi wcieciami, która to figura jest obramowana od wewnatrz biala przerywana linia wzdluz obrysu, z lekkim odstepem w sto- sunku do niego. Wewnatrz tej figury umiejscowiony jest napis „homemade", wskazujacy na producen- ta, w formie stylizowanej na recznie pisane litery, pod którym znajduje sie lyzka oraz widelec polozone poziomo i skierowane na zewnatrz, a pomiedzy nimi liczba 2012. W centralnej czesci etykiety, powy- zej polowy jej wysokosci znajduje sie napis wskazujacy na rodzaj produktu spozywczego, w kolorze czarnym, z efektem przestrzennym osiagnietym poprzez zastosowanie cienia w kolorze bialym, roz- ciagajacy sie na niemal cala szerokosc etykiety. Nad centralnym napisem znajduje sie charaktery- styczny symbol strzalki skierowanej grotem ku górze oraz, ponad nim, okreslenie „PERMIUM READY- TO-EAT SOUP" w kolorze czerwonym, któremu nadany zostal pólkolisty ksztalt. W srodkowej czesci etykiety umieszczony zostal symbol klamry w kolorze czerwonym, która jest otwarta w prawa strone, po której to stronie, pod centralnym napisem wskazujacym rodzaj produktu spozywczego, wskazane sa glówne skladniki produktu spozywczego. Po lewej stronie klamry znajduje sie element stylizowany na proporczyk zakonczony trójkatnym wcieciem po prawej stronie. Na elemencie tym umiejscowiono dwa charakterystyczne symbole graficzne przedstawiajace garnek oraz kuchenke mikrofalowa, a pod nimi oznaczenie czasu przygotowywania produktu spozywczego, tj. „3-5 MIN." pod symbolem garnka oraz „2-3 MIN." pod symbolem kuchenki mikrofalowej. Symbole te sa stylizowane na odreczne rysunki sporzadzone biala kreska. Ponizej, w dolnej czesci etykiety z jej lewej strony, znajduje sie bialy szeroki prostokat, nawiazujacy do wstegi, z trójkatnymi wcieciami z lewej i prawej strony, na którym naniesio- no napis „BEZ KONSERWANTÓW". W dolnej czesci etykiety, po stronie prawej, znajduja sie trzy cha- rakterystyczne symbole, stylizowane na zawieszki o ksztalcie osmioramiennej gwiazdy z zaokraglo- nymi wierzcholkami. Pierwszy od lewej ma kolor bialy i znajduje sie na nim napis „100% NATURAL". Drugi od lewej ma kolor bialy i znajduje sie na nim wyraz „fit". Trzeci od lewej ma czerwone tlo i biala wewnetrzna obwódke oraz znajduje sie na nim stylizowany na reczny rysunek symbol graficzny oraz napis „VEGE". Odmiany etykiety wedlug wzoru przemyslowego charakteryzuja sie tym, ze: 1) Pierwsza odmiana etykiety, przedstawiona na fig. 1 posiada tlo w kolorze jasno bezo- wym. W centralnej czesci etykiety, znajduje sie napis wskazujacy na rodzaj produktu spozywczego: „KREM Z BIALYCH WARZYW", pod którym wskazane sa glówne skladni- ki produktu spozywczego: „CEBULA" i ponizej „PIETRUSZKA". 2) Druga odmiana etykiety, przedstawiona na fig. 2 posiada tlo w kolorze jasno niebieskim. W centralnej czesci etykiety, znajduje sie napis wskazujacy na rodzaj produktu spo- zywczego: „KREM Z PORA", pod którym wskazane sa glówne skladniki produktu spo- zywczego: „POR" i ponizej „PARMEZAN". 3) Trzecia odmiana etykiety, przedstawiona na fig. 3 posiada tlo w kolorze jasno pomaran- czowym. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Etykieta ma ksztalt prostokata z zaokraglonymi rogami, z wewnetrznym obramowaniem w kolo- rze bialym. Etykieta wypelniona jest tlem, na którym przedstawione sa jasniejsza od tla kreska, styli- zowane na odreczne rysunki elementy roslin, artykulów spozywczych, sztucców lub naczyn. W górnej czesci etykiety znajduje sie prostokat w kolorze czarnym, o szerokosci okolo czwartej czesci szerokosci etykiety, zakonczony od dolu szescioma trójkatnymi wcieciami. W dolnej czesci etykiety, po stronie prawej, znajduja sie trzy charakterystyczne symbole, styli- zowane na zawieszki o ksztalcie osmioramiennej gwiazdy z zaokraglonymi wierzcholkami. The label according to the industrial design has a new and original character, which has been achieved through the use of a characteristic graphic design, which consists of appropriate ornamentation, drawings, symbols, inscriptions, graphic layout and colours. The label according to the industrial design has been presented in the illustration, in five varieties: 1) Fig. 1 shows the first variety of the label, 2) Fig. 2 shows the second variety of the label, 3) Fig. 3 shows the third variety of the label, 4) Fig. 4 shows the fourth variety of the label, 5) Fig. 5 shows the fifth variety of the label. The label is a rectangle with rounded corners, with an inner frame in white. The label is filled with a background on which stylized hand-drawn elements of plants, food products, cutlery or dishes are presented. In the upper part of the label, there is a black rectangle, finished at the bottom with six triangular indentations, which figure is framed from the inside with a white dashed line along the outline, with a slight gap in relation to it. Inside this figure there is the inscription "homemade", indicating the manufacturer, in a form stylized as hand-written letters, under which there is a spoon and a fork placed horizontally and pointing outwards, and between them the number 2012. In the central part of the label, above its half height, there is an inscription indicating the type of food product, in black, with a spatial effect achieved by using a white shadow, stretching across almost the entire width of the label. Above the central inscription there is a characteristic symbol of an arrow pointing upwards and, above it, the words "PERMIUM READY-TO-EAT SOUP" in red, which has been given a semicircular shape. In the middle of the label there is a red buckle symbol, which is open to the right, on which side, under the central inscription indicating the type of food product, the main ingredients of the food product are indicated. On the left side of the buckle there is an element stylized as a pennant, ending with a triangular indentation on the right side. On this element there are two characteristic graphic symbols representing a pot and a microwave oven, and under them an indication of the time of preparation of the food product, i.e. "3-5 MIN." under the pot symbol and "2-3 MIN." under the microwave symbol. These symbols are stylized as freehand drawings made with a white line. Below, in the lower part of the label on its left side, there is a wide white rectangle, referring to a ribbon, with triangular indentations on the left and right side, on which the inscription "WITHOUT PRESERVATIVES" has been applied. In the lower part of the label, on the right side, there are three characteristic symbols, stylized as pendants in the shape of an eight-pointed star with rounded tops. The first from the left is white and has the inscription "100% NATURAL". The second from the left is white and has the word "fit". The third from the left has a red background and a white inner border and has a graphic symbol stylized as a hand drawing and the inscription "VEGE". Label variations according to the industrial design are characterized by the following: 1) The first label variation, shown in Fig. 1, has a light beige background. In the central part of the label, there is an inscription indicating the type of food product: "CREAM OF WHITE VEGETABLES", under which the main ingredients of the food product are indicated: "ONION" and below "PARSLEY". 2) The second version of the label, shown in Fig. 2, has a light blue background. In the central part of the label, there is an inscription indicating the type of food product: "CREAM OF LEEK", under which the main ingredients of the food product are indicated: "LEEK" and below "PARMESAN". 3) The third version of the label, shown in Fig. 3, has a light orange background.
