Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest opakowanie na danie obiadowe bez gotowania. Istota wzoru jest nowa postac opakowania na danie obiadowe przejawiajaca sie w formie graficznej, formie estetycznej, kolorystyce i ksztalcie. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego uwidoczniony jest na zalaczonych rysunkach, na których fig. 1, 3, 5, 7, 9, 11, 13, 15 przedstawia widok z boku kolejnych odmian wzoru, a fig. 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 14 przedstawia poszczególne strony, kolejnych odmian opakowana. Opakowanie na danie obiadowe wedlug wzoru, charakteryzuje sie tym, ze ma postac prostokatnej, plaskiej torebki o spawach znajdujacych sie u góry i u dolu strony przedniej. Na stronie przedniej opakowania przedstawiona jest wypelniona daniem obiadowym miseczka, przy czym w zaleznosci od odmiany wzoru, miseczka moze miec rózne kolory i zdobienia: paski, wzory chinskie. Po prawej stronie miseczki znajduja sie rózne dodatkowe przedmioty wskazujace na zawartosc opakowania. Calosc umieszczona jest na stonowanym dwukolorowym tle, przy czym kolory tla plynnie przechodza jeden w drugi. The subject of the ornamental design is a packaging for a no-cook lunch. The essence of the design is a new form of lunch packaging, manifesting itself in its graphic form, aesthetic appearance, colors, and shape. The subject of the ornamental design is shown in the attached drawings, in which figs. 1, 3, 5, 7, 9, 11, 13, 15 present side views of subsequent variations of the design, and figs. 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 14 show individual sides of subsequent variations of the packaging. The lunch package, as designed, is characterized by its rectangular, flat shape with welds at the top and bottom of the front. The front of the package features a bowl filled with the lunch meal. Depending on the design, the bowl may have various colors and decorations: stripes, Chinese patterns. To the right of the bowl are various additional items indicating the package's contents. The entire package is placed against a subdued, two-color background, with the colors seamlessly transitioning into each other. At the top of the package is a contrasting color field with the inscription "SAMSMAK BEZ GOTOWANIE." Below this field is a rectangle of the same color, framed by a dashed line, containing the appropriate inscription regarding the contents of the package. In the lower left corner of the front, information about the weight of the contents and the inscription "LUNCH DISH" are located. The sides of the bag are positioned perpendicular to the front text, respectively: SAMSMAK, in white letters with black shadows, and BEZ GOTOWANIA, in red letters, in traditional font. Below, the package content – the type of meal – is displayed. Then, in a stylized black font, "3 minutes" appears on both sides of the front. The back background is the same as the front, and a weld runs down the center of the back, dividing the back into two halves. The background is yellow-green, fading to light green towards the bottom. The top field is an intense light green, as is the rectangular field bearing the word "VEGETARIANSKI" (VEGETARIANSKI). In another variation of the decorative pattern, the bowl on the packaging is green, while the dinner dish features pasta against a tomato dish and chopped parsley leaves. Next to the bowl, on the right, are two tomatoes and a white onion. The background is a dark lilac, fading to reddish-brown towards the bottom. In another variation of the decorative pattern, the bowl depicted on the packaging is yellow; the dinner dish features pasta on a cream background, carrot slices, and chopped dill. In another variation of the decorative pattern, the bowl depicted on the packaging is white and covered on top with Chinese patterns in blue, green, and yellow, including, among other things, a Chinese pattern. A blue-green Chinese character is featured in the dinner dish, featuring noodles against a background of broth, carrot and leek sticks, sliced shitake mushrooms, and bell pepper slices. Next to the bowl, on the right, are two chopsticks, sprouts, a Chinese cabbage leaf, and a bowl of soy sauce and a shitake mushroom. The background is light yellow, fading to turquoise blue toward the bottom. The top field is dark turquoise, as is the rectangular field bearing the words "MILD CHINESE." The same text in the same color appears on both sides of the packaging. In another variation of the decorative pattern, the bowl depicted on the packaging is white and covered on top with Chinese patterns in red, blue, green, and yellow, including, among others, a Chinese motif. A red Chinese letter is visible in the dinner dish, which features noodles against a dark broth, pieces of carrot, leek, pepper, and sliced shiitake mushrooms. Next to the bowl, on the right, are sprouts, a Chinese cabbage leaf, and a Chinese spoon with soy sauce, tofu cubes, and shiitake mushrooms. The pink spoon, with Chinese patterns, is filled with soy sauce. The background is light green, fading to brick red toward the bottom. The top field is pink-brown, as is the rectangular field with the words "CHINESE SPICY." The same text in the same color is on both sides of the packaging.
