ETYKIET A Prawo z rejestracji wzoru zdobniczego trwa od dnia 14 kwietnia 1999 r Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest etykieta przeznaczona na opakowania konserw, zwlaszcza rybnych. Istote wzoai stanowi nowa postac etykiet przejawiajaca sie w szacie graficznej, ukladzie linii i kompozycji kolorystycznej ich powierzchni. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego zostal zilustrowany na zalaczonych etykietach, z których fig. 1 przedstawia widok etykiety z przodu, a fig. 2 - jej odmiane w widoku z przodu. Etykieta wedlug wzoru ma ksztalt prostokata o wydluzonej poziomej krawedzi i powierzchni z naniesionymi rozwiazaniami graficznymi oraz napisami informacyjnymi. Etykieta charakteryzuje sie tym, ze w jej czesci centralnej znajduje sie, umieszczone jedna nad drugim, dwujezyczne oznaczenie produktu Po jego prawej stronie usytuowana jest kompozycja w naturalnych kolorach zawierajaca produkt przyozdobiony warzywami w postaci pokrojonej papryki, cebuli i kopru, a takze plastrów cytryny. The subject of the ornamental design is a label intended for packaging canned goods, particularly fish. The essence of the design is a new form of labels, manifested in the graphic design, line layout, and color composition of their surface. The subject of the ornamental design is illustrated on the attached labels, of which Fig. 1 shows the front view of the label, and Fig. 2 - its variant from the front view. The label, according to the design, is rectangular in shape with an elongated horizontal edge and a surface with applied graphic solutions and informative inscriptions. The label is characterized by its central, bilingual product labeling, arranged one above the other. To the right is a composition in natural colors containing the product garnished with vegetables such as chopped peppers, onions, and dill, as well as lemon slices. To the left, a large and a small table are placed one above the other, followed by a blue label with a red border. The lower and upper edges of the longer sides of the label are bordered by stripes, with the colors of all graphic elements and text harmonizing with the label's background color. This variation of the label is characterized by the product labeling "luna chunks in brine" in light blue, and "tuna chunks in its own juice" in red. The large table listing the product's nutritional value and the small table providing information about its ingredients have a light blue background. The background of the label is navy blue and the stripes are light brown, as shown in Figure I. Another variation of the label is distinguished by the fact that the product designation "luna chunks in oil" is yellow and "Tuna chunks in oil" - white. The large table giving the nutritional value of the product and the small table informing about its composition have a yellow background and the text is black. The background of the label is dark green and the stripes are yellow, as shown in Figure 2. The label according to the pattern is intended for cylindrical cans of low height and can be reproduced both on paper and plastic foil. PROTECTIVE CLAIMS 1. A label in the shape of a rectangle with an elongated horizontal edge with graphic solutions and information inscriptions applied thereto, characterized in that in its central part there is a bilingual product marking placed one above the other, and on its right side a composition in natural colors containing a product decorated with vegetables and lemon slices, while on the left a large table and a small table placed one above the other, and then a blue sign with a red border, wherein the lower and upper edges of the longer sides of the label are limited by stripes, and the colors of all graphic elements and inscriptions are harmonized with the background color of the label as shown in the attached labels Fig. 1 and Fig. 2. 2.
