The new and original form of the industrial design is evident in its shape and the label's word, graphic, and color arrangement. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustration material in 10 variants of its embodiment, in which Fig. 1 shows the first variant of the embodiment of the label for the packaging of pickled cucumbers, in a front view, Fig. 2 - the second variant of this label for Gypsy salad, in a front view, Fig. 3 - the third variant of this label for grated beetroot, in a front view, Fig. 4 - the fourth variant of this label for pickled sweet peppers, in a front view, Fig. 5 - the fifth variant of this label for a vegetable mix, in a front view, Fig. 6 - the sixth variant of this label for Hungarian salad, in a front view, Fig. 7 - the seventh variant of this label for a salad mix, in a front view, Fig. 8 - the eighth variant of this label for Greek salad, in a front view. front, fig. 9 - nine varieties of this label for dinner salad, in front view, and fig. 10 - ten varieties of this label for pickled cucumbers, in front view. As shown in the attached illustrations, fig. 1-9, all these variations of the industrial design constituting packaging labels have identical external shapes and contours, i.e. they have the shape of a flat figure made of two side rectangular elements with rounded external corners, the inner ends of which are connected with each other by an elliptical part, creating a multi-colored profile field, whereby from the upper central part of the elliptical outline of this field there is an elliptical offset protruding partially outwards, constituting the company logo, with a colored background, the upper inner half of which is surrounded by a black linear border, and the entire colored background of this elliptical field is surrounded by a slightly elliptical ring. narrowed in the lower part, in a color close to cream with a linear colored border, where both ends of the black linear upper semi-elliptical border of the upper colored elliptical field are connected with a continuous black line situated near the edge of this label and running along its contour. In addition, on the upper colored backgrounds of the elliptical figures of all the label varieties shown in fig. 1-10 there are identical verbal and graphic elements representing a perspective view of a crown with a golden cap, placed on the stylized ends of an arched sash in yellow and its shades, with the number 1987 marked on it and the inscription "WAR" placed between them in large, white block letters, with a partial black border, giving the impression of perspective of the letters of this word. In turn, in the lower central elliptical part of all label variants shown in the illustration material fig. 1-10, above the mentioned lower black arc contour line, there is a graphic element in the shape of a horizontally placed rectangle with rounded shorter sides, having a light brown background with its shades and the inscription "SPIZARNIA PE LNA SMAKÓW" placed on it, also made in large black block letters, which is surrounded by a white and yellow border. In addition, all variants of this industrial design in the lower part, under, below and next to the word-graphic element "SPIZARNIA PE LNA SMAKU", have a two-part and three-band yellow and white decorative motif arranged in an arc shape, with curves on both sides. with the yellow ends underneath which there are identical elements of a yellow floral ornament. In turn, in the upper part of the colored border of this label, on both sides of the elliptical "WOJNA" company logo, there are identical decorative motifs, created from arc-concave-convex, slightly bold white lines of varying thicknesses. In addition, on both ends of this label there are information inscriptions containing the name of the product, its recipe composition, storage and consumption conditions, weight, nutritional value, name and address of the manufacturer, quality certificate mark and barcode. The differences between the individual variants of the industrial design shown in the illustrations of Fig. 1-10 consist in the following: - the food product packaging label according to the first variant of its implementation shown in Fig. 1 is characterized by the fact that the upper elliptical part of the company logo with the inscription "WOJNA" has a green background with its shades, and the outer linear border of the cream ring and the upper profile banded rim on both sides of this central elliptical element, as well as the lower curved banded rims of the rectangular parts are green.
