The essence of the industrial design is the new and unique appearance of the product, given to it by the characteristics of lines, contours, and shapes, as well as decorative motifs, distinguishing the graphic design and color range. The aesthetic effect is provided by the subtle composition of drawings depicting fresh fruit, their parts, and leaves, giving the label a distinctive and original appearance. The syrup label according to the industrial design in ten variations is illustrated in the attached illustration, in which: Fig. 1 - shows the first variation of the label, Fig. 2 - shows the second variation of the label, Fig. 3 - shows the third variation of the label, Fig. 4 - shows the fourth variation of the label, Fig. 5 - shows the fifth variation of the label, Fig. 6 - shows the sixth variation of the label, Fig. 7 - shows the seventh variation of the label, Fig. 8 - shows the eighth variation of the label, Fig. 9 - shows the ninth variation of the label, Fig. 10 - shows the tenth variation of the label. The syrup label is characterized in that it has an area with an outline close to a rectangle, where the lower arm is in the shape of an arc slightly bent downwards, which is significantly convex in the middle fragment, imitating a falling drop of syrup. The label at the upper edge has a shaded green background, and below, on the left, the background of the label is shaded light blue. At the top edge of the label, in the center, is an image of a stylized, light green leaf embedded in a square. The stylized leaf has a fanciful shape, given a dark green outline. The leaf is applied horizontally across the square, approximately halfway up, with the leaf slightly wider than the square—so that the leaf's tips are on the outside of the square. The square is dark green at the bottom and top edges, gradually lightening inward so that along the leaf's outline, it takes on a medium-saturated green color with yellow accents on the left side, stronger above the leaf than below it. Below the square with the leaf is a central red, horizontal inscription: "FRUIT PANTRY," beneath which is a rectangle or two rectangles with an inscription representing the syrup's name and flavor. The portion of the label beneath these inscriptions contains an illustration of fresh fruit corresponding to the name, with fancifully placed fruit segments and green leaves. The optical three-dimensionality and freshness of these fruits was achieved by localized lightening and darkening of the colors used, which additionally creates the impression of strong illumination and light reflection by the shiny surfaces. Near the lower edge of the label and its convexity is a circular outline of an area imitating a drop of syrup. The industrial design shown in Fig. 1 has the inscription "Malina" (Raspberry), which is the name of the syrup and corresponds to its flavor, and the image of fresh fruit depicts raspberries with a leaf and flower. The second variation of the industrial design shown in Fig. 2 has a two-level inscription "Malina z linde kwiatem" (Raspberry with linden blossom), which is the name of the syrup and corresponds to its flavor, and the image of fresh fruit depicts raspberries and a linden inflorescence. The third variation of the industrial design shown in Fig. 3 has a two-level inscription "Malina z licz a" (Raspberry with lemon), which is the name of the syrup and corresponds to its flavor, and the image of fresh fruit depicts raspberries and lemon slices. The fourth variety of the industrial design shown in Fig. 4 has a two-level inscription "Malina z lemon balm" (Raspberry with lemon balm), which is the name of the syrup and corresponds to its flavour, and the fresh fruit image depicts raspberries and lemon balm leaves. The fifth variety of the industrial design shown in Fig. 5 has a two-level inscription "Malina z cranberry" (Raspberry with cranberries) which is the name of the syrup and corresponds to its flavour, and the label background image depicts raspberries and cranberries with leaves.
