The essence of the industrial design is the new and individually characterful form of the product, given to it by the features of lines, contours, and shapes, as well as by decorative motifs, distinguishing the graphic design and color range. The aesthetic effect is provided by a subtle composition of drawings depicting fresh, dewy branches with tea leaves, placed in a woven wooden basket, optionally together with flowers and/or fruit indicating the individual flavor of green tea, giving the label a distinctive and original appearance. The green tea label according to the industrial design in nine varieties is illustrated in the attached illustration, in which: Fig. 1 - shows the first variety of the label, Fig. 2 - shows the second variety of the label, Fig. 3 - shows the third variety of the label, Fig. 4 - shows the fourth variety of the label, Fig. 5 - shows the fifth variety of the label, Fig. 6 - shows the sixth variety of the label, Fig. 7 - shows the seventh variety of the label, Fig. 8 - shows the eighth variety of the label, Fig. 9 - shows the ninth variety of the label. The green tea label is characterised by having an area in the shape of a rectangle, in the lower part of which there is a drawing of a fragment of a basket made of strips of bast in a natural brown-beige colour, with a centrally located brown inscription in Chinese characters, placed on the lower strip of bast that is part of the braid forming the basket. The basket contains green branches with tea bush leaves, for which the optical effect of three-dimensionality and freshness was achieved by local lightening and darkening of the green colour with the addition of yellow for local changes in the shade of green and by applying drawings of water drops on the leaves, which additionally creates the impression of strong illumination of the leaves of the dense tea bush branches and the reflection of light by the shiny surfaces of the leaves. The label, running from the center downward, features a stylized leaf embedded in a rectangle with a wider sheet below it, irregularly edged, and its lower right corner curled forward. The entire composition is tilted to the left, and the lower part of the sheet covers a drawing of a basket above an inscription in Chinese characters. The stylized leaf has a light green background and a fanciful shape given by a dark green outline. The leaf is placed centrally and horizontally across the rectangle, approximately halfway up its length, with the leaf's width slightly greater than the rectangle's, so that the leaf's tips are outside the rectangle. The quadrangle at the lower and upper western edges is dark green, which gradually lightens inward so that along the leaf outline it becomes a medium-saturated green with yellow accents on the left, stronger above the leaf than below it. The quadrangle is highlighted by a thin, white border, set off from the outer gray background, boldly shaded on the right and bottom. The lower, wider sheet has a light yellow background, lighter in the middle, and a green lower right corner folded forward, and contains a brown, bold inscription "Green" in a distinctive manuscript font, placed centrally under a leaf embedded in a quadrangle, and a green, two-level inscription in capital letters "NATURALNE ZDRÓD LO PRZECIWUTOLENIACZY" (the words "NATURALNE ZDRÓD LO" above the word " PRZECIWUTOLENIACZY"), placed in the middle of the lower part of the sheet. The composition of a stylized leaf embedded in a quadrangle with a wider sheet underneath is slightly larger and shifted upwards in the green tea label according to the pattern in varieties eight and nine, which refer to leafy green tea. Variations of the green tea label according to the pattern for teas with flavoring additives also include an image of flowers and/or fruit corresponding to the flavor note and name of the tea designated by the given label, which image is placed in the background behind the composition of a stylized leaf embedded in a quadrangle with a lower sheet—in such a way that the impression is that the flowers and/or fruit are placed in a basket along with leafy branches of a tea bush. The industrial design shown in Fig. 1 is named Zielona and constitutes a label for unflavored green tea. The second variety of the industrial design shown in Fig. 2 is named Zielona o lemonowym (the word Zielona above the words lemonowym, arranged in two levels and in brown and manuscript font) and contains a drawing of three yellow lemons, two of which are halved. The third variety of the industrial design shown in Fig. 3 is named Zielona z quinw a (the word Zielona above the words z quinw a, in brown and manuscript font) and contains a drawing of several ripe yellow quinces. The fourth variety of the industrial design shown in Fig. 4 is named Zielona z jasminem (the word Zielona over words with jasmine, which are brown in color and in a manuscript font) and contains a drawing of white jasmine flowers. The fifth variety of the industrial design shown in Fig. 5 is named Zielona Earl Grey (the word Zielona over words Earl Grey, which are brown in color and in a manuscript font) and contains a drawing of a white bergamot flower. The sixth variety of the industrial design shown in Fig. 6 is named Green Cherry Blossom (the word Green above the words Cherry Blossom, which are brown in color and in a manuscript font) and contains an image of white flowers and dark red cherry fruits. The seventh variety of the industrial design shown in Fig. 7 is named Green with a Prickly Pear Flavor (the word Green above the words with a prickly pear flavor, placed in two levels and in a brown in color and in a manuscript font) and contains an image of ripe, red prickly pear fruits.
