Efekt estetyczny zapewnia subtelne skomponowanie rysunków imitujacych swieze ziola, nadajac tym swoisty i oryginalny wyglad opakowania. Opakowanie ma szeroki obszar barwny okolony w dolnej czesci pasmem w oraz w górnej czesci linia w identycznej tonacji barwy, ale zdecydowanie ciemniejszym kolorze niz szeroki obszar barwny. Na obszarze barwnym opakowania umieszczony jest rysunek imitujacy pek swiezych ziól skladajacy sie z kilku co najwyzej galazek. Ponad obszarem barwnym umieszczone sa napisy dotyczace rodzaju syropu farmaceutycznego zas ponizej umieszczone sa krótkie napisy informujace o dzialaniu syropu. Wzór przemyslowy uwidoczniony na Fig.l ma szeroki obszar barwny w kolorze jasno-zielonym, okalajace pasmo dolne i górna linie w kolorze ciemno-zielonym, zas pek swiezych ziól utworzony jest z kwiatostanu ziela kozika lekarskiego oraz glogu. Ponad obszarem barwnym jest umieszczony napis: NEOSPASMINA, a pod spodem napis: SYROP, natomiast pod obszarem barwnym umieszczony jest napis: STANY NAPIECIA I NIEPOKOJU. Odmiana wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniona na Fig. 2 ma szeroki obszar barwny w kolorze rózowym okalajace pasmo dolne i górna linie w kolorze ciemno-rózowym, zas pek swiezych ziól utworzony jest z kwiatu i ziela meczennicy oraz szyszek chmielu. Ponad obszarem barwnym jest umieszczony napis: PASSISPASMIN, a pod spodem napis: SYROP, natomiast pod obszarem barwnym umieszczony jest napis: TRUDNOSCI Z ZASYPIANIEM. Druga odmiana wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniona na Fig. 3 ma szeroki obszar barwny w kolorze fioletowym okalajace pasmo dolne i górna linie w kolorze ciemno-fioletowym, zas pek swiezych ziól utworzony jest z kilku fantazyjnie ulozonych galazek ziela tymianku. Ponad obszarem barwnym jestumieszczony napis: TYMIANKOWY, zas nad nim jest napis; SYROP, a pod spodem napis: ZLOZONY, natomiast pod obszarem barwnym umieszczony jest napis: SYROP WYKRZTUSNY. Trzecia odmiana wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniona na Fig. 4 ma szeroki obszar barwny w kolorze zóltym , na którym umieszczony jest rysunek koncówki galazki sosny PINI zakonczonej szyszka. Ponad obszarem barwnym jest umieszczony napis: HERBAPINI, zas nad nim jest napis; SYROP. Istotne cechy wzoru przemyslowego: - przy górnej krawedzi scianki czolowej opakowania umieszczony jest na obszarze wielokata fantazyjny zarys listka, na którym umieszczony jest napis skladajacy sie z kolejno nastepujacych po sobie stylizowanych liter „Herbapol ESENCJA NATURY 5 ', - na górnej sciance opakowania utworzone jest pasmo o szerokosci odpowiedniej do krawedzi obszaru wielokata z logo, przy czym obszar wielokata, obrys fantazyjnego listka, pasma jak równiez napisów maja cieniowany kolor zielony. - opakowanie ma szeroki obszar barwny okolony w dolnej czesci pasmem w oraz w górnej czesci linia w identycznej tonacji barwy, ale zdecydowanie ciemniejszym kolorze niz szeroki obszar barwny. - na obszarze barwnym opakowania umieszczony jest rysunek imitujacy pek swiezych ziól skladajacy sie z kilku co najwyzej galazek. - ponad obszarem barwnym umieszczone sa napisy dotyczace rodzaju syropu farmaceutycznego zas ponizej umieszczone sa krótkie napisy informujace o dzialaniu syropu.Fig. 1 Fig. 2 Fig. 3 Fig. 4 PLPharmaceutical Syrup Packaging: The industrial design covers a pharmaceutical syrup packaging in the shape of a rectangular cardboard box. The essence of the industrial design is the product's new and unique form, achieved through the use of lines, contours, shapes, and an original color palette. The aesthetic effect is achieved through a subtle arrangement of drawings imitating fresh herbs, giving the packaging a distinctive and original appearance. The subject of the industrial design is presented in the attached photographs in a general view, in which: Fig. 1 illustrates the packaging of NEOSPASMINA syrup, Fig. 2 illustrates the packaging of PASSISPASMIN syrup, Fig. 3 illustrates the packaging of THYME syrup, Fig. 4 illustrates the packaging of HERBAPINI syrup. The packaging of the pharmaceutical syrup is characterized in that it has the form of a rectangular cardboard box, where at the upper edge of the front wall of this packaging there is placed in the area of a polygon a fancy outline of a leaf, on which there is an inscription consisting of successive stylized letters "Herbapol ESSENCE OF NATURE", and on the upper wall of the packaging there is a band of a width corresponding to the edge of the area of the polygon with the logo, wherein the area of the polygon, the outline of the fancy leaf, the band and the inscriptions are of a shaded green color. The packaging has a wide color area surrounded by a band in the lower part and a line in the upper part in the same color tone, but significantly darker than the wide color area. The color area of the packaging features a drawing imitating a bunch of fresh herbs, consisting of at most a few sprigs. Above the color area are inscriptions regarding the type of pharmaceutical syrup, and below are short inscriptions informing about the syrup's effects. The industrial design shown in Fig. 1 has a wide color area in light green, surrounding the lower band and the upper line in dark green, while the bunch of fresh herbs is composed of a valerian and hawthorn inflorescence. Above the color area is the inscription: NEOSPASMINA, and underneath the inscription: SYRUP, while below the color area is the inscription: STANY NAPICIA I NIEPOKUJU. The industrial design variation shown in Fig. 2 has a wide pink color area surrounding the bottom band and a dark pink top line, while the bunch of fresh herbs is made up of passionflower flower and herb, and hop cones. Above the color area is the inscription: PASSISPASMIN, and underneath the inscription: SYRUP, while below the color area is the inscription: DIFFICULTIES IN SLEEPING. The second industrial design variation shown in Fig. 3 has a wide purple color area surrounding the bottom band and a dark purple top line, while the bunch of fresh herbs is made up of several fancifully arranged sprigs of thyme. Above the color area is the inscription: THYME, and above it is the inscription; SYRUP, and underneath the inscription: ZŁOZONY, while below the colored area is the inscription: SYRUP WYKURTUSNY. The third variation of the industrial design, shown in Fig. 4, has a wide colored area in yellow, on which is placed an image of the tip of a PINI pine branch topped with a pine cone. Above the colored area is the inscription: HERBAPINI, and above it is the inscription: SYRUP. Essential features of the industrial design: - at the upper edge of the front wall of the packaging, a fanciful outline of a leaf is placed on a polygon, on which there is an inscription consisting of successive stylized letters "Herbapol ESSENCE OF NATURE 5"; - on the upper wall of the packaging, a band is created with a width corresponding to the edge of the polygon area with the logo, wherein the polygon area, the outline of the fanciful leaf, the band and the inscriptions are shaded green. - the packaging has a wide colored area surrounded in the lower part by a band in the same color tone and in the upper part by a line in the same color tone, but significantly darker than the wide colored area. - on the colored area of the packaging, there is a drawing imitating a bunch of fresh herbs consisting of a few sprigs at most. - above the colored area, there are inscriptions regarding the type of pharmaceutical syrup, and below, there are short inscriptions informing about action of the syrup.
