Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest etykieta przeznaczona do nakladania na opakowywania do produktów zywnosciowych. W odniesieniu do zblizonych produktów tego rodzaju, etykieta opakowania wedlug wzoru wyróznia sie nowa postacia przejawiajaca sie w nowej szacie graficznej. Wzór przemyslowy jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym przedstawiajacym etykiete opakowania, na której fig. 1- pierwsza odmiane wykonania etykiety opakowania w widoku z przodu, fig. 2 - druga odmiane wykonania etykiety opakowania w widoku z przodu. Etykieta opakowania, wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, charakteryzuje sie tym, ze na tle pomaranczowo zóltym imitujacym plaster miodu, w dolnej czesci sa umieszczone dwa kawalki prostokatnych ciasteczek otoczonych klosami zboza, z prawej strony umieszczony jest rysunek usmiechnietego brazowego misia z podniesionym palcem, a z lewej strony znajduje sie fantazyjny niebieski element przypominajac/ mazniecie pedzlem. W górnej czesci etykiety jest umieszczony na bialym tle czerwony stylizowany napis „Petitki", a pod nim mniejszy niebieski napis SMACZNA PORCJA ENERGII. Górna krawedz napisu „Petitki" otoczona jest zólto-bialymi cieniami stylizujacymi rozblyski swiatla, wsród których umieszczony jest rysunek klosa. Boczna krawedz napisu „Petitki" otoczona jest rysunkami imitujacymi rozpryskujacy sie plyn przypominajacy mleko w kolorze bialo- jasno-niebieskim. Po prawej stronie napisu „Petitki" znajduje sie rysunek szklanego przezroczystego sloika z drewniana lyzeczka wypelnionego miodowa substancja. W pierwszym wariancie wykonania, na górnej powierzchni ciasteczek usytuowane sa rzedy malych zblizonych do kwadratów wglebien oblanych polewa w kolorze czekolady. Ponadto powyzej niebieskiego fantazyjnego elementy przed napisem „Petitki" umieszczony jest rysunek malego kawalka czekolady.W drugim wariancie wykonania, górna powierzchnia ciasteczek w kolorze miodowym i jasno brazowym, posiada wzdluz obwodu rzedy wytloczen. Cechami istotnymi przedmiotowego wzoru przemyslowego jest to, ze na tle pomaranczowo zóltym imitujacym plaster miodu, w dolnej czesci sa umieszczone dwa kawalki prostokatnych ciasteczek otoczonych klosami zboza, z prawej strony umieszczony jest rysunek usmiechnietego brazowego misia z podniesionym palcem, a z lewej strony znajduje sie fantazyjny niebieski element przypominajacy mazniecie pedzlem. Compared to similar products of this type, the packaging label based on the design stands out for its new form, manifested in a new graphic design. The industrial design is shown in the attached illustration of the packaging label, in which Fig. 1 shows the first version of the packaging label in a front view, and Fig. 2 shows the second version of the packaging label in a front view. The packaging label based on the industrial design is characterized by the fact that, against an orange-yellow background imitating a honeycomb, the lower part features two pieces of rectangular cookies surrounded by ears of grain. On the right side is a drawing of a smiling brown teddy bear with a raised finger, and on the left side is a whimsical blue element resembling a brush stroke. At the top of the label, a stylized red inscription "Petitki" is placed on a white background, with a smaller blue inscription below it: "SMACZNA PORCJA ENERGII" (TASTY PORTION OF ENERGY). The upper edge of the "Petitki" inscription is surrounded by yellow and white shadows stylizing flashes of light, among which is an image of an ear of corn. The side edge of the "Petitki" inscription is surrounded by images imitating a splashing liquid resembling milk in white, light, and blue. To the right of the "Petitki" inscription is an image of a transparent glass jar with a wooden spoon filled with a honey-like substance. In the first variant, the upper surface of the cookies is decorated with rows of small, square-shaped depressions covered with chocolate-colored icing. In addition, above the blue fancy element in front of the inscription "Petitki" is a drawing of a small piece of chocolate. In the second variant, the upper surface of the cookies, colored honey and light brown, has rows of embossing along the circumference. The essential features of the industrial design in question are that on an orange and yellow background imitating a honeycomb, in the lower part there are two pieces of rectangular cookies surrounded by ears of grain. On the right side there is a drawing of a smiling brown teddy bear with a raised finger, and on the left side there is a fancy blue element resembling a brush stroke. In the upper part of the label, on a white background, there is a stylized red inscription "Petitki," and below it a smaller blue inscription reading "SMACZNA PORCJA ENERGII" (TASTY ENERGY PORTION).
