Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest etykieta przeznaczona do nakladania na opakowywania do produktów zywnosciowych. W odniesieniu do zblizonych produktów tego rodzaju, etykieta opakowania wedlug wzoru wyróznia sie nowa postacia przejawiajaca sie w nowej szacie graficznej. Wzór przemyslowy jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym przedstawiajacym etykiete opakowania, na której fig. 1- pierwsza odmiane wykonania etykiety opakowania w widoku z przodu, fig. 2 - druga odmiane wykonania etykiety opakowania w widoku z przodu. Etykieta opakowania, wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, charakteryzuje sie tym, ze w dolnej czesci etykiety umieszczone sa pod katem podluzne ciasteczka poprzekladane klosami zbóz. Ciasteczka w kolorze miodowo-jasnobrazowym posiadaja na powierzchni górnej wytloczenia oraz kawalki dodatków zywnosciowych. W górnej czesci jest umieszczony na bialym tle czerwony stylizowany napis „Petitki", a pod nim niebieski napis SMACZNA PORCJA ENERGII, zas ponizej napis fioletowy „Go!" podkreslony cieniowana lekko wygieta linia. Górna krawedz napisu Petitki otoczona jest zólto-bialymi cieniami stylizujacymi rozblyski swiatla, wsród których umieszczony jest rysunek klosa. Górna czesc etykiety jest w kolorze pomaranczowym. W pierwszym wariancie wykonania, wytloczenia sa w ksztalcie linii lamanych a dodatki na powierzchni ciasteczek sa w kolorze bialo- jasno-miodowym. Na górnej czesci ciasteczek oraz pomiedzy nimi usytuowane sa rysunki imitujace strumien bialo-jasno-niebieskiego plynu rozpryskujacy sie na powierzchni ciasteczek przypominajacy mleko, umieszczony na cieniowanym niebieskim tle.W drugim wariancie wykonania wytloczenia maja ksztalt zblizony do rysunku klosa a dodatki na powierzchni ciasteczek sa w kolorze jasno-brazowym. Pomiedzy ciasteczkami umieszczone sa plasterki pomaranczy oraz grona zielonych winogron. W czesci srodkowej boki etykiety maja jasno zielone zabarwienie. Cechami istotnymi przedmiotowego wzoru przemyslowego jest to, ze w dolnej czesci etykiety umieszczone sa pod katem podluzne ciasteczka poprzekladane klosami zbóz. W drugim wariancie wykonania,, wytloczenia maja ksztalt zblizony do rysunku klosa a dodatki na powierzchni ciasteczek sa w kolorze jasno-brazowym. Pomiedzy ciasteczkami umieszczone sa plasterki pomaranczy oraz grona zielonych winogron. W czesci srodkowej boki etykiety maja jasno zielone zabarwienie, jak uwidoczniono na zalaczonych rysunkach, fig. 2.Fig. 1 Fig. 2 PL PL PL PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a label intended for application to food product packaging. Compared to similar products of this type, the packaging label based on the design stands out for its new form, manifested in a new graphic design. The industrial design is shown in the attached illustration of the packaging label, which shows Fig. 1 – the first version of the packaging label in a front view, and Fig. 2 – the second version of the packaging label in a front view. The packaging label based on the industrial design is characterized by oblong cookies placed at an angle in the lower part of the label, interspersed with ears of grain. The honey-colored light brown cookies have embossing on their upper surface and pieces of food additives. In the upper part, there is a stylized red inscription "Petitki" on a white background, and below it is the blue inscription "SMACZNA PORCJA ENERGII" (TASTY PORTION OF ENERGY), and below it is the purple inscription "Go!" underlined by a shaded, slightly curved line. The upper edge of the Petitki inscription is surrounded by yellow and white shadows stylizing flashes of light, among which there is an image of an ear of corn. The upper part of the label is orange. In the first variant, the embossing is in the shape of broken lines, and the additions on the surface of the cookies are white and light honey. On the top of the cookies and between them are designs imitating a stream of white, light, and blue liquid splashing onto the surface of the cookies, resembling milk, placed on a shaded blue background. In the second variant, the embossing resembles an ear of wheat, and the additions on the cookies' surface are light brown. Orange slices and clusters of green grapes are placed between the cookies. In the middle, the sides of the label are light green. A significant feature of this industrial design is that the lower part of the label features oblong cookies placed at an angle, interspersed with ears of wheat. The honey-colored and light brown cookies have embossing on their top surface and pieces of food additives. In the upper part, there is a red stylized inscription "Petitki" on a white background, and below it, a blue inscription "SMACZNA PORCJA ENERGII" (TASTY PORTION OF ENERGY), and below it, a purple inscription "Go!" underlined by a shaded, slightly curved line.
