Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest etykieta przeznaczona do nakladania na opakowywania do produktów zywnosciowych. W odniesieniu do zblizonych etykiet, etykieta opakowania wedlug wzoru wyróznia sie nowa postacia przejawiajaca sie w nowej szacie graficznej. Wzór przemyslowy jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym przedstawiajacym etykiete opakowania, na której fig. 1- pierwsza odmiane wykonania etykiety opakowania w widoku z przodu, fig. 2 - druga odmiane wykonania etykiety opakowania w widoku z przodu. Etykieta opakowania, wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, charakteryzuje sie tym, ze na cieniowanym tle po prawej stronie sa umieszczone dwa kawalki okraglych ciasteczek wypelnionych masa z polewa o zewnetrznym ksztalcie osmioramiennej gwiazdy, z lewej strony sa umieszczone stylizowane napisy: górny na granatowym tle zólty napis STAR z ciemna granatowa i biala otoczka a pod nim na bialym tle cieniowany brazowy napis CZOK z biala otoczka, a za litera „K" znajduja sie elementy o ksztalcie zblizonym do kropel. Pomiedzy ciasteczkami a stylizowanymi napisami umieszczony jest rysunek piecioramiennej gwiazdy, zas wokól ciasteczek i w dolnej czesci stylizowanego napisu usytuowane sa male gwiazdki tworzace poswiate gwiezdna. W pierwszym wariancie wykonania, tlo etykiety jest w kolorze czerwonym z zóltymi cieniami a piecioramienna gwiazda jest w kolorze zóltym. Wypelnienie ciasteczek jest w dolnej czesci biale zas polewa jest brazowa. Compared to similar labels, the packaging label based on the design stands out for its new form, manifested in a new graphic design. The industrial design is shown in the attached illustration of the packaging label, in which Fig. 1 shows the first version of the packaging label in a front view, and Fig. 2 shows the second version of the packaging label in a front view. The packaging label, based on an industrial design, is characterized by two pieces of round cookies filled with icing in the shape of an eight-pointed star placed on a shaded background on the right side. Stylized inscriptions are placed on the left side: the upper yellow inscription "STAR" on a navy blue background with a dark navy blue and white border, and below it on a white background a shaded brown inscription "CZOK" with a white border. Behind the letter "K" are elements resembling drops. Between the cookies and the stylized inscriptions is a drawing of a five-pointed star, while around the cookies and at the bottom of the stylized inscription are small stars creating a starlight glow. In the first variant, the background of the label is red with yellow shadows, and the five-pointed star is yellow. The cookie filling is white at the bottom, and the icing is brown. The starlight is composed of white and yellow stars. In the second version, the label background is yellow with red shadows, and the five-pointed star is pale red. The cookie filling is white with white icing, and the starlight is composed of white and red stars. The essential features of the industrial design in question are that on a shaded background on the right side there are two pieces of round cookies filled with icing in the external shape of an eight-pointed star, on the left side there are stylised inscriptions: on the top on a navy blue background there is a yellow inscription STAR with a dark navy blue and white border, and below it on a white background there is a shaded brown inscription CZOK with a white border, and behind the letter "K" there are elements in a shape similar to drops. A five-pointed star is placed between the cookies and the stylized inscriptions, while small stars form a starlight around the cookies and at the bottom of the stylized inscription, as shown in the attached drawings, Figs. 1 and 2. In the first version, the label background is red with yellow shadows, and the five-pointed star is yellow. The cookie filling is white in the lower part, and the icing is brown. The starlight is composed of white and yellow stars, as shown in the attached drawings, Fig. 1. In the second version, the label background is yellow with red shadows, and the five-pointed star is pale red.
