Wzór przemyslowy przedstawiony na Fig. 1 ma zabarwienie obszaru po prawej stronie etykiety o cieniowanym kolorze niebieskim oraz napis: "kokosowy" , zas przed batonem jest umieszczony wizerunek polówek owocu kokosu. Ponad wizerunkiem batonu zbozowego umieszczony jest napis: „tylko 93 kcal". Odmiana wzoru przedstawiona na Fig.2 ma zabarwienie obszaru po prawej stronie etykiety o cieniowanym kolorze filetowym oraz napis: "sliwkowy" , zas przed batonem jest umieszczony wizerunek przekrojonego owocu sliwki. Ponad wizerunkiem batonu zbozowego umieszczony jest napis: „tylko 92 kcal". Druga odmiana wzoru przedstawiona na Fig.3 ma zabarwienie obszaru po prawej stronie etykiety o cieniowanym kolorze zielonym oraz napis: "orzechowy" , zas przed batonem jest umieszczony wizerunek orzechów laskowych. The essence of the industrial design is the new and unique form of the product, given to it by the features of lines, contours, shapes, and an original color palette. The subject of the industrial design is presented in the attached photographs from a general view, in which: Fig. 1 illustrates the packaging label of a coconut-flavored cereal bar; Fig. 2 illustrates the packaging label of a plum-flavored cereal bar; Fig. 3 illustrates the packaging label of a nut-flavored cereal bar. The label of the cereal bar packaging, based on the industrial design, is characterized by the fact that it has the inscription "SlimFigura" in the central part with a strongly stylized letter "S", and slightly above it is the inscription: "contains flax seeds and fiber", and below it is the inscription: "cereal bar". On the right side of the label there is a colored area with an image of a cereal bar with visible elements of additional flavor products, and in addition the colored area has sophisticated graphic elements extending beyond this area. On the background of the food bar there is an inscription informing about the type of flavor. On the left side of the label there is a colored area with a shaded light green color and on the polygon there is a fanciful outline of a leaf on which there is an inscription consisting of successive stylized letters "Herbapol ESSENCE OF NATURE", where the polygon area, the outline of the fanciful leaf, and the inscriptions are shaded green, and the background of the leaf is light green. The industrial design shown in Fig. 1 has the area on the right side of the label shaded blue and the inscription: "coconut", while in front of the bar there is an image of coconut halves. Above the image of the cereal bar there is an inscription: "only 93 kcal". The design variant shown in Fig. 2 has the area on the right side of the label shaded purple and the inscription: "plum", and in front of the bar there is an image of a cut plum. Above the image of the cereal bar there is an inscription: "only 92 kcal". The second design variant shown in Fig. 3 has the area on the right side of the label shaded green and the inscription: "nutty", and in front of the bar there is an image of hazelnuts. Above the image of the cereal bar there is an inscription: "only 99 kcal". Essential features of the industrial design: - the label has the inscription "SlimFigura" with a strongly stylized letter "S", - on the right side of the label there is a colored area with an image of a cereal bar with visible elements of additional flavored products, - the colored area has sophisticated graphic elements extending beyond this area, - in the upper part of the label there is a fanciful outline of a leaf placed in the polygon area, on which there is an inscription consisting of successive stylized letters "Herbapol ESSENCE OF NATURE", wherein the polygon area, the outline of the fanciful leaf, and the inscriptions are shaded green, and the background of the leaf is light green.
