The essence of the industrial design is the new and unique appearance of the product, given to it by the characteristics of lines, contours, and shapes, as well as decorative motifs, distinguishing the graphic design and color range. The aesthetic effect is provided by the subtle arrangement of drawings illustrating the flavor of the syrup marked on the label according to the design, giving the label a distinctive and original appearance. The syrup label according to the industrial design in five varieties is illustrated in the attached illustration, in which: Fig. 1 - shows the first variety of the label, Fig. 2 - shows the second variety of the label, Fig. 3 - shows the third variety of the label, Fig. 4 - shows the fourth variety of the label, Fig. 5 - shows the fifth variety of the label. List of syrup label variations according to the industrial design: a) variation 1 - shown in figure 1, illustrating the label of the syrup called Raspberry with vitamin C, b) variation 2 - shown in figure 2, illustrating the label of the syrup called Raspberry with lime and vitamin C, c) variation 3 - shown in figure 3, illustrating the label of the syrup called Strawberry, d) variation 4 - shown in figure 4, illustrating the label of the syrup called Cranberry with vitamin C, e) variation 5 - shown in figure 5, illustrating the label of the syrup called Ginger with cinnamon and cloves. The syrup label is characterized by its upper, elongated downward section, shaped like a quadrangle, arc-shaped, slightly rounded at the top, and a dark green background that gradually lightens to green toward the bottom. The upper edge of this part of the label is bordered with a light stripe, extending diagonally downward along its sides. In the center of this part of the label is an image of a stylized, light green leaf embedded in a square. The stylized leaf has a fanciful shape, given by a dark green outline. The leaf is applied horizontally across the square, approximately halfway up, with the leaf being slightly wider than the square, so that the tips of the leaf are on the outside of the square. The square at the lower and upper edges is dark green, gradually lightening inward so that along the leaf outline it becomes a medium-saturated green with yellow accents on the left side, stronger above the leaf than below it. The square is highlighted by a thin white frame. Below the square with the leaf is a golden inscription containing the name of the syrup, corresponding to its flavor. The lower part of the label, in the shape of a downward-expanding quadrangle with an arched lower edge, is golden and features black inscription providing information about the syrup's intended use. The upper and lower parts of the label are connected by a dark brown circle, hidden behind them, on the surface of which there is a drawing showing fresh fruit corresponding to the name with fancifully placed leaves and flowers or ginger roots with cinnamon sticks and cloves, for which the optical effect of three-dimensionality and freshness was achieved by local lightening and darkening of the colors used, which additionally creates the impression of their strong illumination and reflection of light by the shiny surfaces. The industrial design shown in Fig. 1 has the inscription "Raspberry with Vitamin C," which is the name of the syrup, corresponding to its flavor, and the inscription "NA ODPORONO SC," indicating its purpose, and the illustration of fresh fruit depicts three raspberries with leaves and flowers. The second variation of the industrial design shown in Fig. 2 has the inscription "Raspberry with Lime and Vitamin C," which is the name of the syrup, corresponding to its flavor, and the inscription "NA ZIMNE DAYNI," indicating its purpose, and the illustration of fresh fruit depicts two raspberries and a linden inflorescence. The third variation of the industrial design shown in Fig. 3 has the inscription "Wild Strawberry," which is the name of the syrup, corresponding to its flavor, and the inscription "NA PYSZNY NASTRÓJ," indicating its purpose, and the drawing of fresh fruit depicts three wild strawberries with leaves and flowers. The fourth variation of the industrial design PL 17745 3 shown in Fig. 4 has the inscription "Cranberries with Vitamin C," which is the name of the syrup, corresponding to its flavor, and the inscription "NA WZMOCNIENIE," indicating its purpose, and the drawing of fresh fruit depicts cranberries with leaves. The fifth variation of the industrial design shown in Fig. 5 has the inscription Ginger with cinnamon and cloves, which is the name of the syrup, corresponding to its taste, and the inscription FOR WARMING UP, indicating its purpose, and the drawing shows ginger roots, cinnamon sticks and cloves.
