Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytwo- ru, nadana mu przez cechy linii, konturów i ksztaltów oraz przez motywy zdobnicze, wyrózniajaca szate graficzna i game kolorystyczna. Efekt estetyczny zapewnia subtelne skomponowanie rysunków obrazujacych smak syropu oznaczonego etykieta wedlug wzoru, nadajac tym samym etykiecie oryginalny wyglad. Górna krawedz tej czesci etykiety jest obwiedziona ciemnozlotym pasmem, przedluzonym skosnie do dolu wzdluz jej boków. Posrodku tej czesci etykiety jest umieszczony rysunek stylizowanego, ciemnozielonego listka z lodyzka i dwoma dodatkowymi listkami umieszczonymi poziomo ponizej. Stylizowany listek ma fantazyjny ksztalt nada- ny ciemnozielonym obrysem i ciemnozlotym konturem w dolnej czesci listka. Tuz ponizej listka zielo- nego znajduje sie listek w kolorze kremowym z bialym obrysem w górnej czesci listka oraz bezowym w dolnej. W czesci centralnej owego listka umieszczony jest rysunek owoców lesnych z listkami i szy- pulkami. Ponizej rysunku owoców znajduje sie napis zawierajacy nazwe syropu, odpowiadajaca jego smakowi. Zarówno napis jak i koszyk sa koloru bordowego. Po lewej stronie, pionowo, ponizej listka kremowego znajduje sie trzeci, maly cieniowany listek koloru bezowego z ciemnozólta obwódka. Dolna czesc etykiety o zarysie rozszerzonego ku dolowi czworokata o lukowatej dolnej krawedzi ma kolor czarny i znajduje sie na niej ciemnozloty napis „Z WITAMINA C" (fig. 2 i 4), „NA ROZGRZA- NIE" (fig. 1), lub „Z WITAMINAMI C, E, B6" (fig. 3) w zaleznosci od odmiany wzoru. Dodatkowo w poblizu obrzeza górna czesc jest podkreslona lukowatym konturem koloru ciemnozlotego. Dolna i górna czesc etykiety sa polaczone fragmentarycznie kolem o barwie zharmonizowanej z kolorem tla, na powierzchni którego znajduje sie rysunek przedstawiajacy korespondujace z nazwa swieze owoce z listkami i kwiatami lub korzenie imbiru z paleczkami cynamonu i gozdzikami czy tez plaster miodu i lyzeczke do miodu dla których optyczny efekt trójwymiarowosci i swiezosci uzyskano dzieki miejscowym rozjasnieniom i przyciemnieniom uzytych barw. Ponizej wizerunku owoców umieszczono rysunek przedstawiajacy fragment wzoru wycinanki nawiazujacy do motywów tradycyj- nych polskiej kultury ludowej, koloru czerwonego, pod którym umieszczono informacje o smaku syropu. Calosc etykiety, w poblizu obrzeza jest obramowana liniowo. Wzór przemyslowy uwidoczniony na Fig. 1 ma bordowy napis „IMBIR z CYNAMONEM i GOZ- DZIKAMI", bedacy nazwa syropu, odpowiadajaca jego smakowi i napis „NA ROZGRZANIE" wskazuja- cy na jego przeznaczenie, a rysunek przedstawia swieze korzenie imbiru, paleczki cynamonu i gozdziki. The essence of the industrial design is the product's new and unique character, achieved through the use of lines, contours, and shapes, as well as decorative motifs, a distinctive graphic design, and a range of colors. The aesthetic effect is achieved by subtly arranging the drawings depicting the flavor of the labeled syrup according to the design, thus giving the label a unique appearance. The syrup label according to the industrial design in four varieties is illustrated in the attached illustration, in which: 1. fig. 1 - shows the first variety of the label, 2. fig. 2 - shows the second variety of the label, 3. fig. 3 - shows the third variety of the label, 4. fig. 4 - shows the fourth variety of the label. List of varieties of the syrup label according to the industrial design: 1. variety 1 - shown in figure 1, illustrating the label of the syrup called Ginger with Cinnamon and Cloves, 2. variety 2 - shown in figure 2, illustrating the label of the syrup called Raspberry with Linden Blossom and Honey, 3. variety 3 - shown in figure 3, illustrating the label of the syrup called Raspberry and Vitamins, 4. variety 4 - shown in figure 4, illustrating the label of the syrup called Cranberries with Acerola. The syrup label is characterized by its elongated, quadrangular upper section, rounded at the top, and a burgundy background. The upper edge of this section of the label is bordered by a dark gold band, extending diagonally downward along its sides. In the center of this section of the label is an image of a stylized, dark green leaf with a stem and two additional leaves placed horizontally below. The stylized leaf has a fanciful shape, given by a dark green outline and a dark gold outline at the bottom. Just below the green leaf is a cream-colored leaf with a white outline at the top and a beige outline at the bottom. In the center of this leaf is an image of forest fruits with leaves and stalks. Below the fruit image is an inscription containing the syrup's name, corresponding to its flavor. Both the inscription and the basket are burgundy. On the left, vertically, below the cream leaf, is a third, small, shaded beige leaf with a dark yellow border. The lower part of the label, in the shape of a quadrangle widening downward with an arched lower edge, is black and features the dark gold inscription "WITH VITAMIN C" (figs. 2 and 4), "FOR WARMING UP" (fig. 1), or "WITH VITAMINS C, E, B6" (fig. 3), depending on the design. Additionally, near the rim, the upper part is highlighted with an arched dark gold outline. The lower and upper portions of the label are fragmentarily connected by a circle in a color that harmonizes with the background. On its surface is an image depicting fresh fruit with leaves and flowers corresponding to the name, or ginger roots with cinnamon sticks and cloves, or a honeycomb and honey spoon. The optical effect of three-dimensionality and freshness was achieved through localized lightening and darkening of the colors used. Below the image of the fruit is an image depicting a fragment of a cutout pattern, reminiscent of traditional motifs from Polish folk culture, in red, beneath which is information about the syrup's flavor. The entire label, near the edge, is framed linearly. The industrial design shown in Fig. 1 has a burgundy inscription "GINGER with CINNAMON and CLOVES", which is the name of the syrup, corresponding to its taste, and the inscription "TO WARM UP" indicating its purpose, and the drawing shows fresh ginger roots, cinnamon sticks and cloves. The second variant of the industrial design shown in Fig. 2 has a burgundy inscription "MALINA z KWIATEM LIPY i MIODEM" (RASPBERRY with LIME FLOWER and HONEY), which is the name of the syrup, corresponding to its taste, and the inscription "Z WITAMINA C" (WITH VITAMINS C), and the drawing shows a raspberry fruit, a linden flower and a honeycomb with a honey spoon placed on it.PL 19346 3 The third variant of the industrial design shown in Fig. 3 has a burgundy inscription "MALINA i WITAMINS" (RASPBERRY and HONEY), which is the name of the syrup, corresponding to its taste, and the inscription "Z WITAMINAMI C, E, B6" (WITH VITAMINS C, E, B6), and the drawing shows fresh raspberry fruit with leaves and stalks. Essential features of the industrial design: • the upper part, extended downwards, in the shape of a quadrangle, is arched and rounded at the top and has a burgundy background. The upper edge of this part of the label is bordered with a dark gold band, extended diagonally downwards along its sides; • in the middle of the upper part of the label there is a drawing of a stylised, dark green leaf with a stem and two additional leaves placed horizontally below.
