The essence of the industrial design is the product's new and unique character, achieved through the use of lines, contours, and shapes, as well as decorative motifs, a distinctive graphic design, and a range of colors. The aesthetic effect is achieved through a subtle composition of drawings depicting fresh fruit, their parts, and leaves, and cutout drawings reminiscent of folk traditions, thus lending the label a unique appearance. The syrup label is characterized by an area roughly rectangular in shape, with the lower arm forming a slightly downward arc, which is significantly convex in the center, while the label has a linear border near the edge. Depending on the syrup flavor, the label varieties have a purple (variety 1), purple (variety 2), dark orange (variety 3), or dark red (varieties 4-10) background color. The background of all varieties gradually lightens inward, so that the outer edges take on a more saturated color than the central areas. In the upper left corner of the label, a photograph is placed, divided by a vertical line depicting a cup filled with tea on the right, and an image of fresh raspberries with leaves on the left. Above the photograph is a two-level inscription, "We share what unites" in white font. Below the photograph is a drawing resembling a green ribbon the width of the photograph, on which is a three-level inscription reading: "Herbapol also offers delicious fruit and herbal teas" (in white font). On the opposite side of the photograph, in the upper right corner of the label, there is a drawing in the shape of a cream and gold circle with the inscription "60 years of tradition" in dark green font. In the upper part of the label, in the center, there is a drawing of a stylized, dark green leaf with a stem and two additional leaves placed horizontally below. The stylized leaf has a fanciful shape given by a dark green outline and a white outline at the bottom of the leaf. Just below the green leaf is a cream-colored leaf with a white outline at the top and a beige one at the bottom. In the center of this leaf is an image of a wicker basket filled with fruit, surrounded by leaves. Below the image of the basket is a two-level inscription: "FRUIT PANTRY." Both the inscription and the basket are burgundy. On the left, below the cream leaf is a third, small, shaded leaf, the color of which reflects the syrup's flavor. Below the image of the leaves is a central horizontal inscription in the original font, containing the name of the syrup, reflecting its flavor. The center of the label, below the inscriptions, contains an image of fresh fruit with leaves or stalks corresponding to the name, for which the optical three-dimensional effect and freshness are achieved through localized highlights. The label text is white in all design variations. A horizontal, rectangular light green band, the width of the entire label, runs along the bottom of the label. A red cutout pattern, reminiscent of traditional Polish folk motifs, is placed on the lower right side of the label. Just above this image, in the lower right part of the label, is information regarding the product's intended use. From the right, the following information appears: an image of two light green leaves connected by a stem, with the sentence "Our syrups are delicious drinks with mineral water and an ideal addition to desserts, sweet dishes, and cocktails" on the first leaf; the second leaf contains information on the volume of the product contained in a single package. To the left of the image of the stem with two leaves, at the same height, is an image of a third dark green leaf, bearing the two-level inscription "NO PRESERVATIVES." In the lower left corner, above the green band containing the cutout image, there is an image of a green jug with a three-level inscription "up to 5 liters of drink". The industrial design shown in Fig. 1 has the inscription "ARONIA", which is the name of the syrup, corresponding to its taste, and the image shows fresh chokeberries with leaves. The small shaded leaf at the top of the label is blue. The second version of the industrial design shown in Fig. 2 has a two-level inscription "CZARNA PORZECZKA", which is the name of the syrup, corresponding to its taste, and the image shows blackcurrants with leaves. The small shaded leaf at the top of the label is purple. The third version of the industrial design shown in Fig. 3 has the inscription "DZIKA RÓZA", which is the name of the syrup, corresponding to its taste, and the image shows fresh wild rose berries with leaves. The small shaded leaf in the upper part of the label is orange. The fourth variant of the industrial design shown in Fig. 4 has the inscription "MALINA" (MALINA WITH CYTRYNA), which is the name of the syrup, corresponding to its flavour, and the drawing shows raspberries with leaves and stalks. The small shaded leaf in the upper part of the label is dark red. The fifth variant of the industrial design shown in Fig. 5 has the two-level inscription "MALINA WITH CYTRYNA" (MALINA WITH CYTRYNA), which is the name of the syrup, corresponding to its flavour, and the background drawing of the label shows raspberries with leaves and two lemon slices. The small shaded leaf in the upper part of the label is yellow. The sixth variant of the industrial design shown in Fig. 6 has the two-level inscription "MALINA WITH DZIKA RÓZA" (MALINA WITH DZIKA RÓZA), which is the name of the syrup, corresponding to its flavour, and the background drawing of the label shows raspberries with leaves and rosehips. The small shaded leaf in the upper part of the label is orange. The seventh variant of the industrial design visible in Fig. 7 has a two-level inscription "MALINA Z JEZYNA", which is the name of the syrup, corresponding to its flavour, and the background image of the label depicts raspberries with leaves and blackberries. The eighth variant of the industrial design visible in Fig. 8 has a two-level inscription "MALINA Z KWIATEM LIPY", which is the name of the syrup, corresponding to its flavour, and the background image of the label depicts raspberries with leaves and linden flowers.
